I bought a TV from Dubai and brought it to Bangalore three years ago..couple of days back TV was not switching on.when I contacted samsung customer care they told I need to pay 5750 for visiting only as this is a abroad model.just for visiting!!!. And some added cost will be there if there is any part is damaged. hence I called some local technician got it corrected in 300rs,only power plug was loose. I think Samsung really need to change this policy..what's say??

While using 2G mobile data that time not able to use 4G voice call. I have to off my 4G sim. Forcefully choosing LTE/3G/2G automatically. lot of problem with last update. Why this type of update made by samsumg. Whoever that silly person plz use my phone and feel the probs..

Recently updated my J7 to a new version of the OS but in no time I realized its worst. OTG stopped working, laptops and compters stopped recognizing my mobile. No recent number list in messages and a lot more to name. I don't know who handles the software development of samsung mobiles but he should be a sick fellow.

At first the font Styles from different Apps was really good until Samsung blocked the fonts from working on Samsung phones..... I'm someone who loves art and would like to see some changes in ma typing.... So Samsung please if you don't really want us to be using other font from different Apps.... Then you guys need to work on the font styles and add more font styles and colours to it.....

This is by far the worst "help" app i have ever seen. It simply doesn't work. Diagnoses does not work, call now does not work, service centre location does not work. I just want to find out what happened to my s6 edge's back button that doesn't work now (doesn't go back but splits tthe screen to dual screen) after recent update.

My experience all service centre cheat to all customer I want Samsung galaxy J7 Display 2015 model I want new but they not provide me they told we need 2 month. Kandivali West second floor sgl service center

This application stops every time in my j2 and in my mobile after updating the hotspot of my phone automatically stop everytime , please do something

After update my Samsung j7 there is many option change....but my problem is that after update there is changing in call option and text message option..e.g..before update there is option to..Ask always for call and message..but after update this option is only for call not for text message..for text message now option is Sim1 or Sim2..please remain it as before and add Ask Always option...please

I hated the marshmallow update to samsung j7.it kind of spoiled the great looks of notification bar and the battery drains so fast hope you will fix this in another new update

Samsung after sales warranty is not applicable for non user accessible internal part because its classified as cosmetic part - says your service center. My defective phone is not being fixed. Piece of excrement you are, Samsung. Never again will I buy your product.

Samsung bas hame chu**a samaj ti hai unka ek bhi handset stable nahi hai sab ke sab me bugs aur update ka problem hai bhaiyo don't use samsung mobile use LG or Moto or MI best hai
