Smart Air Conditioner(CAC)

Just updated 2 phones to 6.0.1. Working now note edge and note 4 on Android 6.0.1. and note 10.1 on Android 5.0.1 the older version of this app did not work on android 5.1.1 but did work on 5.0.4. Out of home works for all Android versions. Thanks for fixing it. Fyi everyone this app is only applicable to the cassette and ducted type Samsung air conditioner models.

In-Home works good but slow. Ridiculous level of security like for just AC. Need full log in every time open app outside home network. More strict than by bank app.

Outside option doesn't work on new s8 phones. So stupid. Samsung air con. Samsung phone. Samsung app. No work. Wow. So much for innovation.

Does not work at all on s5 with latest android but in home works on S2 and TabS tablet.

Good app. Lacks some functionality. Would like to see added functionality. I.e. IFTTT support

Doesnt work on my aircon

It worked fine with my nexus 5 until I upgraded to marshmallow, now I can't connect via "in-home", it won't authenticate. I have recently got a Nexus 5x with marshmallow, same issue. Other older phones work. Can still go via "out-of-home".

After about 3 days of arduous labour I finally managed to connect to my newly installed air conditioner. When I finally thought all my problems were over and I would be able to use the equipment I paid for as advertised and intended by the manufacturer I am unable to do so. When I select the unit and press the power button on the app it highlights indicating it's on, and about three seconds later turns off "greying" out the options indicating that it's off. I've tried various combinations to no avail.

Had problems with previous version not working in home. That is now fixed but no longer works out of home. Same issue on s5 and s6.

Connected to wifi and installed correctly but when i use the app it switches off after 4 seconds everytime so i am unable to control the air con at all. Waste of money. Very unimpressed

Working in and out of the home on samsung s5 but my samsung s7 doesn't bring up the login screen when selecting out of home.

Failing to authenticate ****** Was working, now it is not. last OS upgrade to 5.1.1 on 2 android devices and it is now failing to authenticate. Many users with the same issue. Have an older android device and it works fine. Developer you have an issue with the latest versions of android and this app. please fix, can use out of home mode to turn the aircon on but it takes a lot longer and does not support fan control.

Same issue as other users, can't access in home option as it won't connect/sync. Out of home works (which is ironic as it didn't work for a few months when I first brought the system). Would be good to know when this is to be fixed....

This app was working fine on my Galaxy S5 with an older version of android. With the latest software update on a Galaxy S6, trying to use "In Home" i get this error message: "user authentication error the user authentication to connect to the Air Conditioner has failed please check if the connection between the AP and the Air Conditioner is normal" Have called Samsung tech and gone through all the diagnostics. It seems to be an error with the newest android.. other people have this trouble too. I don't have an older model phone to test it on though. Please fix

Had to use an old phone to get wifi up and running and can only use the out of house option to use it on out s5, s6 edge plus and our galaxy tab. Really not good enough samsung,

I'm getting "failed to authenticate" error on my new Galaxy S6 Edge android phone. Connects fine on old Galaxy S3 & Galaxy pocket neo phones i have. please fix or update app to correct this fault. Thanks.

No longer works in home. Same as everyone else. Have to use away from home and login each time. Away from home has significantly less features.

Its connected to wifi module i can see my air con in list but not control anything :(

This apk works normal with my air conditioner. And it is very useful. Maybe it's time for update, a few cosmetics corrections, and a NEW icon ! Works perfect on Android 6.0.1

I got it to work on Galaxy Tab S 8.4 fine but wont authenticate on Galaxy S5 phone with Lollipop 5.0? This is not good enough from Samsung.

Had the wifi controller installed almost a year ago now and it wouldn't work with either of my Android phones (sony and samsung), but now today I've noticed both of my phones are able to control the ac. I'm glad an upgrade has been created to make the wifi controller usable now, thanks.

Out of home doesn't work with my phone or PC either, samsung are you going to update and rectify this issue??? Have now tried to use a Samsung note 4, also doesn't work with this phone, Samsung do you ever read the feedback?

In home works fine, but out of home does not work through the app. Out of home does work through the online Web Page so appears to be solely an app issue. Having same error message as Tomasz . Error message states: 'login failed. Try log in again after checking network connection to the internet .' Samsung - do you have a time frame for when this will be fixed? Thanks

Worked on note 2 , only purchased 2 air cons 2 months because of wi fi control..... not so smart. Another app released November 2013 works.... much happier now.
