is this some kind of joke? why in the world would you constantly display a large "updating" pop-up over the time/content? is there a decent dock app?

This always shows my weather as 32 degrees out with thundershowers. Worthless app. I have a dock, but always exit this app when it starts. Garbage

Every minute when the clock changes a popup happens saying please wait...this is all just to change the time. Needs manual brightness adjust too

Adequate, but needs work. When a call comes in, it should display the caller like on the undocked screen with accept or reject across the bottom

Make this compatible with 3rd party widgets. It would require less work and provide custom functionality. This app stinks as is.

Uninstalled within the first five minutes. Not thought thru and horrible implementation. And now I have a glorified charger. Worthless.

Cannot play music from Pandora. Can only play music from phone playlist. Does anyone know of another app that can work for this dock?

It works and hasn't FCed yet. It would be better if we could customize the icons.

It works well. Weather updates every 3 hours are not frequent enough. Make 30min available.

Dear Samsung.... does anyone in your office use this crap? It disables the home screen, no access to messaging or other apps that aren't already running. Why wouldn't I want to just use my own home screen rather than your uncustomizable junk? Too bad I need this to play music through the jack on my dock... $40 dock and I'm stuck with crap software.

How to set or remove weather??? Not in settings? Celcious means nothing to me...help? Great. No support from samsung..emailed failed. Uninstalled

This thing is terrible. Once you insert your phone in the dock this comes up, you can't synch anything or copy files or exit app.

Exit button at top corner will allow you back to home screen. Only complaint is that weather does not seem accurate. Running captivate w/ 2.2.

Wish I could choose which apps to show. Plus the temperature is not 32 degrees which is a false reading! Weather updates need a more frequent option.

Honestly, whoever came up with the idea to make it super bright in night mode should be fired! It's just stupid! And the weather constantly reloads:-(

Need more customization. Need ability to change dock shortcuts, changing wallpapers causes fc. Media player doesnt't work. Cant launch apps nog in doc

Not more than just adequate. Works reasonably well on Captivate. Needs many more customization options. Weather update once every 3 hours is a joke.

I wish this app worked a lot better as far as phone having to be in stand by mode or screen wont switch to dock home.

Shouldn't have to download app for this to work. Should be part of OS like on the moto Droid. Way too bright at night...you guys get an F on this one.

I really enjoyed this app till the last update. Now it will just close before it finishes loading.

I have the same weather problem others have posted...constantly shows temp as 32 and tries to reload every 30 seconds. Good looking app though.

How do you change temp to Fahrenheit? How do you keep screen on while in dock? I like to wake up and see time without fumbling with phone.

Doesn't load weather, no brightness control, cannot change screen info, and now FC on open. Un-installed Galaxy S

Just got the Samsung dock to use with my Captivate and the preinstalled version of Desk Home was okay, but the sound was screwed up when playing through headphones so I downloaded this version from the Market and now there's no settings available for the weather, so temp just shows as 00*C, and when I change from clock to calendar the calendar overlays the weather so I can't even read the right 1/3 of the calendar. Perhaps worst of all, this version doesn't fix the sound issue. What a shame.

I like the look and feel of this thing, but it definitely needs a few bugs fixed and niceties added... but, hey, it's free (though, I did pay good money for the Dock, so it's NOT really). The "Please Wait" / Loading screen is, by far, my biggest gripe, and it is definitely tied to the weather function. You can make it go away, by going into options and unchecking the AccuWeather option. It sucks, because it was a nice thing to have.

Cannot be customized. Line out only works with the native music app. There is no compelling reason to use this.

Works great on my gingerbread leak captivate as a nightstand companion.

Can't customize. Alarm Clock Plus does the exact same thing with a much better clock display.

I am having none of the problems mentioned in the other posts fortunately. However, I agree that it would make this app much better if it could be customized. Like to replace the Music Player SC with one for DoubleTwist, for example. Samsung Galaxy S.

Dock is great. Audio out doesn't work. No way to customize the screen. Would nice to have weather or a choice of a widget or two. Revised: audio out does work, just click the cell/speaker icon on the main screen. Really would benefit from ability to customize the icons.

This is one of the apps/features I really missed when I rooted my galaxy... so glad its a Samsung developed app and it's on the market!!!!!!!

Just purchased my more and dock. Love the more but the dock is lacking. It does not use the entire screen on the note. Can't customize the buttons, screen or anything. Would like to be able to play music with timer or other app like audible on a timer from the screen. I do use it because after the timer kicks in it shows the time at a comfortable brightness at night beside my bed.

Does everything as described.
