Ive been in four different countries where it says it's not supported what a joke. And if they can't fix problems what makes them think anyone else can waste of space. Don't bring out apps unless everyone can use them you dummies

Even though their "screen" show the benefit tab in here, when I download the app the tab is gone! Not just me but lot of "Samsung members" have the same problem. Worst is when they sell the new S8 here in UAE it came with a Ethihad offer which we cannot redeem because of this issue.

Can't stop laughing from people moaning that they don't want that app. If you really have a problem with Samsung preinstalling their own apps then why do you buy Samsungs? Just stop if you don't like it, it's not like someone is forcing you to buy them.

Dont want it forced on me. Put an ununstall option and I'll take a look. Untill then I'll keep disabling it. But, as another user put it, we bought this brand. Simple, we switch brands on our next phone. Thats what I'm doing.

good app buat nambahin uang saku, dan skrg udah bs miliki brg dr negara mana aja tanpa harus ke sana sendiri. sarannya, appnya sering ga bs lgsg submit offer to buy kalau requestnya dibuka dr notif, errornya seringnya karena masa kadaluarsanya ga nongol, jadi kudu keluar lagi restart app dr home then search request. awalnya cukup frustrating dibuatnya. hehe

Just bloat merrily wasting space on my phone. Samsung users helping samsung users that have issues with their phones. Why is this necessary, unless samsung can't be bothered with addressing their issues themselves?

I had a reply back from the developer of this app stating it may not work in certain countries due to carrier issues what a laugh WHY PUT IT ON PHONES SOLD IN THIS COUNTRY THEN, it just becomes bloatware and a pointless update! I'll say this again 3rd world and war torn countries support this but not Australia ridiculous lol

Fantastic app. Great addition to apps I've used over my previous devices. Samsung keep improving and have my thanks, as well my continued custom. I really love my S8+

Galaxy S8+.App Not supported in your country. I live in Canada. It was working fine on my S6. Please fix this.

It doesn't allow me to edit my device info or register another device. I want to upload proof of purchase, but pressing the continue/next buttons doesn't do anything. I have rebooted device and cleared the app cache aswell, but to no avail.

Samsung Galaxy S7 - Please add the option to send feedback or ask for help, for specific apps or parts of the phone. The way it is now, it's very chaotic and stupid!! Nobody knows and will know for what or whom my e-mails are. Please redisign this cr-app.

Helpful. Any problem you have just report in this app and get solutions. Test hardware and make sure your phone stay good as brand new...but i can't register another device...please help..

No longer works, not even sure what it is used for but it can't be uninstalled. After updates it only displayed a white and after uninstalling and reinstalling the updates it won't go past the start button. Even after wiping the cache and data it still displays the same behavior. When you press start a dialogue box appears saying 'Connecting to server', a few seconds later it disappears and nothing happens.

News and tips comes up in Spanish, although everything else is in English! Can't find language setting for it. I am in UK. And faq seems empty

I bought a Korean version of S7 Edge and Samsung members is now only available in Korean because I can't delete the default language of Korean. There are no settings I can see to change the language in the app itself.

I want to complain about this app... I am trying from months and months but this app doesn't open on my phone at all...then I thought to uninstall an update so then the app opened for the first time but then I was asked to update it and again after the update I am not being able to open the app...please help me fix this problem.Thank you.

Why term of users are shown in Arabic, when my default language is English. This Arabic default can't be changed in that app.

Great app, but it must take feedback suggestion regarding UI/UX. New features requests and bugs reports.

I am using Note 5 SM N9208 which is listed in the devices. However when i try to set up it give me response " no terms and conditon found"

Can't access the benefits tab in the app. I stay in India and the phone was bought from UAE. That's the only problem with the app

We'd appreciate if you could send us the details and the log by using [Error report] for further assistance. Thank you." My response: This is a generic, canned response. Do you even read! There is no error log. Your app is missing something you promised but didn't deliver on

Too much bloatware that i dont even use or need. Common samsung why add too many stuff that we cant uninstall? My memory card too full of useless app that i dont use and the worst part is that they auto update when i dont want them. Stop making us regret using our phones
