While the app works well enough, I'm disappointed it's yet another system that needs payment info. Get a clue .... build on the platform. Users shouldn't have to provide more apps their credit card or buy separate per-app pre-pay cards.

Waste all video cannot play

Do any1 knows how to split screen any app I want to use VR on all apps?

It's OK. Found that many of the videos are to pixely. Could not get the image to be clear or sharp. This would be awesome app if it was a sharp image . The content looks good . I have tried Ouclus app and found the images there to be much better. Also if you play the videos in this app just on your phone not using the head gear they look awesome but put into the gear and not clear. Have done the adjustments and like I said in Ouclus app seems much better

Total bummer that none of the video content works for me. I recently got a gear vr for my birthday and was super stoked about watching "24 legacy the raid" because of how cool it looked in the commercial, unfortunately I get a message saying "video cannot be played". I even tried to download it and still nothing. So I tried other videos and no luck. Can u guys give me a solution

Well it freezez the internet does not work good. Trying to download apps on the when in the vr is hard my phone is not compatible with nextvr. I have a samsung galaxy s7 wich i am not really liking much. Plus the phone gets hot real easy.

Guys. Need option to change vr apps storage to external storage. 32gb internal storage phone is not an option if you want to use technology. Hope it will be in next updates. P.S. Guys, it unusable right now. It is lagging like hell after few patches monthes ago. Very uncomfortable to use. Model of phone samsung s7 edge 32 gb using samsung vr.

I loved the app the first time I got my gear. It was really exciting and I loved using it for just under a year. And then one day there came an update that made it unusable. It didn't have to do with comfort or ease of access. No no, the app literally doesn't work anymore. I put it into the headset. Sometimes it goes black and makes a beep noise every three seconds. Sometimes it doesn't even register that there is a headset connected and just displays my phone's home screen. After resetting my phone twice and uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice, I still get the same result. So now I have a white hunk of junk in my room sitting around awaiting the day maybe Samsung will fix this bug.

Family members vr because I dont have one due to me having a samsung phone that was incompatible with the vr and I recently got a samsung s7 edge. So I am able to finaly use it, it is another completely different world.

Great app, but have to uninstall now as it has started going into vr mode during calls which requires a reboot to correct because only thing my Note 5 shows is the split screen lenses with the miniature words VR cannot access that function.

The app does not support Hevc H.265 entirely, i have s7 edge which plays all 4k hevc smoothly in the built in video player, this app only played 2 out of 10 hevc 4k videos i have

Decent Some nice videos. Wish there was direct cardboard app support. Also it would be very nice to have external storage enabled. Its a good start but needs improvement in content and capabilities.

I can't find way to make subtitles work and no option talks about it in any place in the app!!!

Doesn't work for vr headsets.

Would be 5 stars if you could browse your gallery videos by folders rather than by date.

I think it has good content but the fact that 90% of it has terrible pixel issues it's not worth watching or downloading. If the pixel issues could be fixed it'd get 5 stars. I only saw maybe 4 videos that were clear all the rest were impossible to recognize or the pixels kept going in and out. The ones that were clear kept stopping to load. I'm VERY disappointed! Everything on Oculus is very clear and thought this app would be the same. Uninstalling.

Love the Gear VR and this app. Can not get enough of the variety that it offers for everyone in my family. Always look forward to what comes out next. Favorite 360 video is flying with the Blue Angels!! Better then being at the airshow. Thanks Samsung!!

Great until this most recent update. How come it freezes after reorienting? I've cleared the cache like previous reviews tips. Still freezes. Please reupdate!

Bought the oculus rift. And no app works. Wast of 100$ will be returning. After 4 hours of wasted time and research the issue has been happening to people for well over a year and samsung has obviously given up on there vr exploration. Highly disappointed and annoyed with this.

I have had this app before on another phone. I add this to my new phone and it keeps telling my oculus has stopped working

It used to be awesome. Now there are no games. Just a bunch of stupid videos. 0 stars if possible.

Nice app until recent. Issues with 1.065.6 will hopefully be resolved. Overheating much quicker. Cant dismiss overheat message. Cant reorient during video.

Hate this app mainly to the fact that I have to put my credit card information in to download an app and am worried about security

Love the app I have everything I need to make my headset work a two-year-old could set this up anybody that's having problems with this probably doesn't even need to use it it's so easy to set up and use its pathetic thanks Samsung love your products I know everybody has a problem every now and then but I'm willing to work with you on things my phone does get a little warm but does not overheat to the point I get a black screen I've been on the headset sometimes up to an hour and a half two hours no problems

Totally love it!! The first day I strapped it on I haven't been able to stop. The experience is so real that you really do feel like your there! Would advise anyone to give it a try..money well spent!!!

Good stuff... Samsung VR gives me the warm fuzzy feelings everyone should have. Good content, excellent experience. I no longer have a VR... my neighbor's horse of a dog chewed it up... but it was fun when I did have it

At first I was able to open the app and use it. Now I can't open the app because oculus over rides it, so therefore I am unable to use this app. Any suggestions on how to get past oculus.

Bug with latest version where the APP freezes when trying to leave the settings page. Please fix ASAP.

Gear vr doesn't install, it stops and says "network error."

Will not stop opening and runs my battery down. Hate This damn thing!
