Want to see all the missing features Verizon made you remove. Also, want access to Samsung Cloud and Samsung Smart Call. Please stand up to Verizon, you guys are too big for them to lose. I've been a loyal Verizon customer for 15 years and would switch to another carrier to stay with Samsung - I've been a loyal Samsung user since the first Galaxy S phone.

Good old Verizon.... Pre-installed an app that might actually be a good one, BUT they only installed SOME of it! I should have gone with another service provider when I had the chance. UGH. {SMH}

After reading about this I went to install it and it's already installed. No shortcut, no widget & yes I'm on verizon. Sounds like a great tool, giving it 1 star so maybe Samsung will grow a pair. Doubt it. Have vz protect and vz cloud pre installed my s8 which are pretty useless.

Please bring the full version to Verizon! Stop letting them water down our phones. Also, please bring Samsung Cloud to Verizon as well! I have to give 2 stars because this isn't even what it should be on Verizon.

Device Maintenance. This app is annoying. Always asking to shut down something. I wish I could uninstall it on my t mobile s8+. Last update said it stopped bixby that's good in my book.

Seems helpful for saving battery usage but doesn't seem to remember settings after a reboot. Why doesn't this program have some quick button to put all background apps to sleep? I have to keep selecting multiple apps to put to sleep - make some "All Sleep" button like all the other apps out there...

It's funny how most of the comments i read the people are complaining about their inability to uninstall this app...its sad.... smart phones and dumb users don't mix. Unless you're an apple user you can do anything you want and remove any app you want. You just have to know how to use your phone and ALL of its features. Instead of taking time to bash the app, take the time to learn your phone and it's abilities as well as the play store and the options you have there. Oh yeah...App isnt bad, but could definitely improve.

Why is Samsung so quiet about us, Verizon users . Dammmm it Samsung.. give us an answer already .. whatsup with this version so incomplete ??? At least since we are using your products so I think we deserve something right ?

More Samsung bloatware that adversely affects the device. Will never buy another Samsung product ever again.

Fixed a bug with Bixby Voice? Is there a beta I can sign up for? I was a good member of the S7 nougat beta. I had the most posts with the most liked. Also reported lots of bugs. I would be a great beta tester.

My s8 keeps rebooting twice a hour and impacted calling 000 emergency now is resetting my settings including ringtone to silent missing calls from Drs. Not happy

I have never seen this or even knew it existed. After reading the Verizon posts I'll assume they're to blame. Sorry but 1* til you put them in check.

Can we get all options on verizon? They shouldn't be allowed to water down your amazing devices

I just got the phone S8+ and No hours showing on all options so I don't know how many remain hours have for the battery's life .Please fix the issue for S8+

1 star. I hear it's Verizon's fault? Maybe. Uninstalling. And re-mapping that stupid Bixby button as soon as Samsung (hopefully) caves to common sense.

Have the s8 plus hate that verizon controls such a great wonderful device. Like have a Ferrari and not able to drive it to its full potential.

Samsung needs to stop allowing carriers to take away features from their phones. Verizon doesn't allow us to use this. The main reason I wanted this was for security settings.

It is the same for A.T. & T. The APP is installed but no shortcut or indication it's there. Makes no sense.

I have Verizon and an s8+. Went to unlocked firmware just to get this tool. Now that it's available on play I can go back to stock firmware and have the best of both worlds. Thank you Samsung.

When Samsung stands up to Verizon and let's us use this app as it's supposed to be then I will give it a real rating

Why are people rating this app bad because they are stuck with Verizon just switch to T-Mobile problem solved.

I don't want to use this app, it keep auto delete my file in storage, how to stop or uninstall it? I don't want it free up storage space by delete my file,very stupid app...

The description in the play store gives a lot of features, can't find this app or the widgets on my S8+ from Verizon. Wish they would fix this!!

It works great and makes my phone running​ smoothly, so I don't have to any other software to tune my phone

Works great on my AT&T S8+. I like using it as a dashboard to see the overall status of my phone. BTW you can add a shortcut to it on your home screen. Settings>Device maintenance >tap ... and tap add shortcut to home screen.

I'm calling bs on this one. Verizon great job making sure you piss off your customers even further.

Has issues, keeps deleting widgets even after I add them to my unmonitored apps.
