Installed, uninstalled, installed, and nothing, frozen on start. This doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy Note Edge. It is not clear how to set this up, Please fix this. Is it a standalone app, or do you need to install on a View device first? Can you use this with other family members who have Samsung phones? Or do you need a Samsung View tablet running before you setup your phones?

I have Samsung 7 edge and software does not work. I call 800 number and they say we will get back to you with email. They get back with info I already know. The software is faulty. Samsung gets an F in this. Been dealing with this since December 2015 with no results. Horrible do not waste your money if you are buying the Galaxy View to have picture album as part of the galaxy view it is a failure. PS I have everything in my home Samsung an I'm pretty tech savvy and it does not work!!!!!!!

Awesome app! It's very clean looking and helps me keep organized. Kind of like a virtual vision board. Very neat! Would recommend.

Please also enable verification via Samsung Account and not only OTP so that the application may also be installed on WiFi only tablets. Wonderful service. I am however not keen in using this service too intensely because I'm scared that Samsung will close down the service halfway through. This owing to their track record of shuttering services for no apparent reason. Starts as something great then it's shut down instead of improved.
