Samsung Activity Tracker

I deleted this app when I got my gear 2 and now I want to switch back and forth between the 2. Is there anyway I can get my old profile back?

I've only had my activity tracker for not even a couple of weeks and now it won't even connect to my phone.

Requires too many permissions and will not work unless all permissions are given! It should, as other apps do and only ask for permissions as the functionality is requested by the user. And, if a user does not want to give certain permissions, all other parts of the app, not requiring that permission should still work. However, instead of this modular, give and take design, this app decided to do all or nothing. (Disappointing and Lazy Coding)

It will lose connection as soon as I connect it. Going through the comments this is an on going issue. I have master reset both my phone and had it reflashed at a samsung store. As well as resetting the tracker. Still has issues. Please fix.

S7 edge Android 7, El-AN900AZESTA. Never managed to connect them. Please note both batteries fully charged. Really disappointed

My activity tracker won't connect to the app. I turn it on hit scan and select my tracker but it does not connect.

When checking my activity tracker, it freezes up. I'm unable to see weekly or monthly progress. Please fix. Worked fine until i installed update.... frustrating. That's why I read reviews befor updating.. i only update when the reviews are good.... im a little disappointed

I like this little tracker. I realize it's been replaced with a newer model. But I purchase this is a secondary activity tracker because I like to use the S Health app and my Garmin vivoactive will not sync with it which is very disappointing. I purchased this Samsung device so I could use S Health it syncs perfectly with it and I can use the challenge features with family members. It's almost as accurate as my Garmin. I'm happy with it and the app works fine with my S7 Edge

Took 20 plus tries to sync Samsung phone and Samsung S Health Activity tracker! Stopped syncing data after 1 hour. Have tried multiple things but no success. Very poor from Samsung...

Worked well with Android 5, nite reconnection is a problem works for an hour or two, after that it no longer reconnectd. I have to un pair and pair, and I usually lose any taking data. Total crap.

Why the help do you need a activity tracker. DELETING IT.

Was OK with Android 5 but after upgrading to Android 6 app is not pairing with the device.

I installed this app, but after turning on Bluetooth, it couldn't connect with anything! Is another activity box necessary ? If yes, than how can I get it? Please help

As a basic step counter, it does very well. But on a recent trip it could not handle changing time zones. Going west, it carried steps into the next day, effectively counting then twice. Going east, it got even weirder. I'd be happy to supply screen shots if developers want to fix this. But it needs to be able to handle time changes or it's useless for anyone who travels frequently.

Even when I'm not using it! Please get rid of the annoying connection error popup. I only use the tracker for tracking sleep.

Still not up to fit bit level. If you could track foods eaten as worth fit bit I would give a better rating

I have the old version (original) Samsung Activity Tracker device which works OK and communicates with the Activity Tracker app well, but the Activity Tracker app frequently stops communicating with the S-Health App that is far more robust. I wanted to use the S-Health app, and just use Activity Tracker for the monitor features. Clearing caches in the apps, closing and restarting apps, restarting the phone doesn't fix the problem. The programs communicated well for the first 2 weeks, then stopped. I have to deactivate the tracker, then reactivate it fresh and it will communicate for a day, then the communication to S Health stops again. The tracker device still syncs fine with the Activity tracker app, but the data isn't pushed to the S-Health App. It's very frustrating.

The app is fine with my activity tracker, however it has some problems syncing with S Health. It says I have 450 steps in S Health, but it says I have 2150 steps in this app. Also at random times, my activity tracker makes this beeping noise 3 times and shows a red LED light. It's kind of annoying, because it did that twice last night while I was sleeping.

Whatever happened to simply manually inputting your exercises? I don't have a fit bit or whatever. Don't want one. Just want to track my exercise!

I love sports so much, this app make me more active.

Why have these products if you can't sync the device and don't provide answers to the problems. My activity tracker was a waste of money and can only be used with Samsung! Please respond to the problems listed or remove this app and s health!

Not sure why I am constantly requested to sign in to the app. Obviously I downloaded to use the app, so this is annoying and may uninstall which is a shame b/c used before and it didn't do this...it just flowed and was eady to use. Is there a fix??

Now it won't open on my Note 3. Liked the old version. Let me know when you fix it...

Will not scan,just stopped, was great for a little while
