Bayrampaşa Belediyesi’nin hayatı kolaylaştıran ve vatandaşın yönetime katkı sağladığı AKOS belediyecilik uygulamasıdır.
Bu uygulama ile yapılan hizmet ve duyuruların vatandaşlarla daha hızlı bir şekilde paylaşılması, vatandaşların istek ve şikayetlerini belediyeye gelmeden hızlı bir şekilde iletmeleri ile hizmet kalitesinin arttırılması amaçlanmıştır.
