One of the worst websites I have ever used. Can't download any firmware. This alp is rubbish too.

It's ok BUT when i get multiple notifications in my drawer it never opens up to the story i click on. I end up clearing notifications and opening the app

Can not log in anymore, on the website no problem update: again the log in status suddenly mentions a problem. On the website you can change the password, than the app does not work with the new password. After a few times failing to login, also on the website can not login anymore (too much attempts)(15 minutes waiting) it seems the app still tries to login, fails and block all login. Even with a new password. Where is the old version that worked ?!?

Since the previous update one cannot log in. New fix does not work. When you pay for Premium Samobile it should not go away. I miss it

I use to love this app, get all the latest news on tech but I don't know what happen as of late but I can't login. I must of reseted my password a thousand times and created so many accounts but I can't even login. You done an update to solve this issue and I can tell you now it has not fix anything. Please please please sort this out because if this continue It may result into me uninstaling the app.

I'm already a registered user of your site when the signin error occurred with your app, so there's no need to click any confirmation email. Also, I tried resetting my account several times via your website, but it makes no difference. Feel so frustrated, so uninstall the app. The website signin works fine, just not the app!

Downloaded the update as suggested by the developer and yes there is now more content but still no way to download firmware. Like I said, rubbish.

Constantly kicks me out you need me to resign it's glitching gives me a black screen freezing not working properly where is this appointment also I paid for the premium app this is a second option Premium app it's not working( this companies supposed to be one of the best out there they should be able to build better application

It needs a separate sign up registration regardless of samsung account or a social account, the App useful for the Samsung users only, the process of registering is too much lengthy better very much easier we can create two emails at this course of time.

Latest update solved the excessive amounts of ads and the scrolling is now smooth. However the picture file size is to large and the pictures takes to long to load even on a fast internet connection.

It takes a lot time to load and is very laggy n too in my s4 mini. ..not good

When ever I tried to search for frimware it opens up the evernote apk..Why is it so..???Not satisfied..

Make the app usfull and add last adds

Since many years I have forgot this app (probably I had paid for this as well) as it was never worked or worked with full of bugs. Again tried today and same experience, error in signing app. Never seen such app before, total waste of time.

Used to be a good app but hasn't properly for several months now and now I'm installing far as concerned I know uninstalling this useless app that I paid for.

App was GREAT, used it nearly every day! I have owned 4 Samsung phones. After they 'completely rewrote the app, no longer works at all!

After three years its still need work. For registration it redirect to website wt is this after registration it still not sign in

il check out the web based version if i can be bothered, register, then change this review if its worth it ;)

I would rather stay away from this app. Moment I try to feed login credentials the app hangs and eating 30% of cpu.

Even the paid version doesn't give the option of choosing a certain phone
