About SA Contacts Lite
SA Contacts is the best way to transfer contacts to and from your phone! No other app lets you so easily control your phone's most valuable data:
1. Update, modify and maintain your contacts easily and conveniently on your computer using Excel, OpenOffice or any other Excel-compatible application.
2. Sends all of your contacts to you from your phone in a convenient zip file by email, SD card, Dropbox, Google Drive or Box! Contact photos are sent, too!
3. You don’t need to share your contacts with Yahoo or other websites in order to have a backup. The export file contains ALL of your contacts in a convenient, easy format.
4. Restoring or changing contacts from the spreadsheet is as simple as uploading the file to your phone via USB, email, Dropbox, Google Drive or Box. It couldn't be easier.
5. You can print a hardcopy of your phone contacts.

I experienced some difficulties in my initial attempts to update my Contacts in my Samsung S5 from an Excel spreadsheet. My only mistake was I did not READ the excellent help page on the developer's website first! It would have saved me some time; READ the help files FIRST before using this app. Highly recommend this app if you need to update a large number of contacts.

It's simple if you know how to export . Prepare in three columns family, name , pH number and export it works. Too many columns it didn't work

Messed up the formatting of my telephone numbers, putting in spurious brackets around leading zeros and adding hyphens. Had to restore contacts from a backup.

This is a good app but just export 300 contacts at one time. They must add feature to export all contacts in one go.

All my phonenumbers start with a plus sign followed by the country code. This is standard to call a contact while on roaming in a different country. Excel thinks it's a formula and insist on changing it. The only way around is to put an aphostrophy as first character into the cell. Upon importing this now to your phone all phone numbers are messed up.
