When my pad was factory reset by a thief and finally recovered, I ask Samalyse how to reenter my full validation code for the full featured version. They have not responded to my email. They have poor service and no way to reenter the validation code without repurchasing the software.

I purchased my first App two years ago directly from the developer, but I can not longer download the Mp3 codec from his server. I bought it again here and installed it on my Galaxy Note 4, transfered the Mp3 Codec file from my old phone to the new one and now the Mp3 works. If you don't have the original Codec, you can't use this option only can record Wav. Considere this before buying it. I still feel this is one of the best recorders around.There is no time limitation with the paid version.

Pretty good! Bravo to those who made it. I have some suggestion for the developer, (although it seems this hasn't been updated since Dec 2014) 1. THAT RED LINE IS WAY TO THIN! Please fatten up so we can see it better. 2. for us musicians, kindly include a metronome so we can record our tracks in time. 3. after you've selected a section, be able to tap & hold on the selection and the edit menu comes up. That would be a nice short cut to have. 4. I think you should update your youtube video with a full demo / tutorial of it's capabilities. Good work! =)

Awesome. Enables you to overwrite a current recording as you build and polish it towards something you're happy with. Perfect for recording the lyrical melodies of original songs. I rejected about 100 others before I found this gem

Clear record and play back. Need to find stored recording. Do I have to buy it again because I have a new phone?

Would have given 5 stars,but i cant seem to find a way to put two of the edited recordings together. Does anyone know an app for that?

The app is a bit old but it has great features like the waveform display.

I have a 40 dollar phone made by LG...optimus f3 nothing special at all. But honestly with this app I can obtain better vocal tracks than an audio interface and condenser Mic. Crazy Good App !-

The updated recording time on the lite version is perfect! I use this to record song clips/ ideas when I play guitar and it's super helpful and the quality is superb. It has some great features even for being the lite version. I can record and share to my Dropbox with no problem. I definitely recommend this to musicians and to anyone who needs to jot down memos as well.

..feels very raw yet. the edit controls are hard to find, I can't delete some loop marks and sometimes it would refuse to loop at all. positive: it has all the potential to be a great recording/looping app. i really like the fast rewind with sound on feature.

This 'demo' is essentially unusable because of the timed start delay and the full version is ridiculously overpriced given the app doesn't offer much in the first place.

An excellent app, but can't get bluetooth to connect. Can record on bluetooth using Easy Voice Recorder Pro.

No mp3 codec? Cannot install it without buying it? Whats the point of the free version? MOST people have mp3 files.

Best recording app

It records amazingly. But, the best thing is a little quirk I absolutely love. I was using this to record a guitar riff, Les Paul connected right into a Fender Mustang set to emulate a 1965 Twin Reverb, a normally very clean amp. I played it back, and it had a bit of fuzzy distortion. That's what sold me on it, this accidental fuzz. This was the exact tone I was looking for, and it works well with the bass too, adds a bit of bite where it's needed.
