I've not been able to login to LifeTrak network for very long time. More than 10 days record was unable to sync the data. When I finally able to login today (20 May'17) was trying to sync my data, it keep error then the next moment I try again, it auto reset my watch to default and all my watch data clear it. This is what I really hate about this Apps, when the watch battery low you also can't sync the data first then change battery, once you change battery, all the watch data gone.

I've had this watch for over 1 year and it was great. Then Dec 2016 it suddenly stopped syncing with the App. So now it's a useless app. I just use the watch for time now and a general guideline with no visual progress that you'd see on the app. Very unfortunate.

The app is very difficult to use. It's not vet sensitive to commands. Some days it won't allow me select my watch on the app so I cannot sync or store data. I wish this step didn't exist and that we could just get directly to the watch data on the app.

I believe this app really sucks bad. It doesn't update on its own. When you go in you have to keep choosing the same watch. It doesn't do basically anything and since you've updated it I haven't been able to update it myself

Owned this watch for about 2 years and I've been through 3 different higher end phones none of which have I had any success connecting to this app. It did not work for the Samsung Galaxy S5, Samsung note 5, or the Google Pixel which I'm currently using. I've tried every troubleshooting guide I can find and never received responses that aren't just an auto response from the developer. Garbage app and the $100 watch really doesn't do a whole lot without it... Very disappointed, waste of money.

Sent emails asking for support with network error messages from within app. Heard back from customer support today and tried sync again--success! Thanks to the support staff and techs for fixing the issue.

Can not sync with watch. The point of the app is to upload the information so that you can effectively track what you've done during the day without having to manually input everything. This app is not convenient and pretty much pointless.

The app does a disservice to the great watch, because it DOES NOT WORK. It goes through at least three times telling me that it has sync errors between the watch and the app (my phone is a Galaxy S7 Active and my watch is a Zone 700) and when I finally do get it to sync with the watch then I get network errors between the app and syncing with the cloud account. We'll, I used to. I had discovered that signing out and then signing in again would temporarily solve these problems, but now that Facebook no longer supports email addresses, I cannot sign in with that option and I keep getting more network errors when I try to make a seperate account with my personal email address. The watch itself is great, does everything thing I need it to and nothing more. This app has become a huge disappointment.

Worst app ever!! I was able to connect one time only on note 4 and nothing since. I actually like the watch but no good with an app that doesn't work!

This app and the devices are poor in design and functionality. Support is non existent. Recently purchased Lifetrak C410 after their ad stated it would connect to Walgreens. The app doesn't have this option. Contacted Lifetrak support twice and they have not responded. If your device needs a firmware update, you must send it in. A company with reviews this low demonstrates their lack of regard to their customers. Compare devices, apps, and their reviews before you buy.

Keep showing network error. No idea how to pair. And also it does not work with iOS 10 on my iPhone. Very poor app..

I got this watch on June 17th 5 days later my watch stopped working I emailed them three times I've waited two weeks I have still not heard back from support about this. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody else. And when it did work my watch wouldn't sync up to my phone because my watch needed to be upgraded and I needed to send it in to get upgraded that is some bs.

After buying this watch 2 years ago.. they release new models.. and is smart move to not let the old models work?shame on you. Doesn't work.. a**/^holes

Garbage. Constant battle of starting, restarting, clearing the cache, disconnecting, uninstalling, reinstalling just to get it to connect to Google Fit.

Could not get reset for password. Waited 20 mins and still no response .The app is junk.

Thumb is raw from multiple attempts to synce. Finally, it sunk. However, hit the "network error" repeatedly when attempting to complete the login process. So disappointed. Will not buy another "DeadTrak" watch.

Waste of space. The app won't sync with my Galaxy Note 5. Support option, send watch in for software upgrade. Really? No option to upgrade watch via Bluetooth.

I bought this watch with a gift card for 16.99 on July 3rd. The app will not link with my watch so I do not see the point of the app. I have a Samsung Galaxy edge. Oh well! I guess my phone is too sophisticated. I do not recommend this product.

After the update I am no longer to sync it with my phone. I recommend go.for fitbitnor polar. The quality is much better. You get better value for your money.

This app and Brite R450 watch easily synced with my Nexus 6P. I am able to sync my data anytime I choose to and haven't had a single problem so far! The app runs smooth and offers many charts and different ways to view your progress. I am so happy with both, the app and the watch and can't understand why it has low ratings! It has never stopped or wouldn't open for me. It's one of my favorite apps! I think it's an awesome tool to have to get a better look at your health and exercise!

Worked great with the 450 watch for the first 4 months. Now I can't even get it to find the watch most of the time even after reinstalling the app numerous times. If it does find it, it won't sync with the watch unless I reset the watch each time before i start the app, loosing all the info the watch collected. Love the watch. Just don't understand why they won't fix the app ever or at least create a new one for all their loyal customers.

Cant' connect the app to my R450 despite being on Android 4.3. Watch is able to pair to the phone (Sony Xperia M Dual) via Bluetooth, but not through the app. Useless. Very disappointed. Had I known I would have gone for another brand of device as there is effectively no tracking of data...

this app sucks, I've to un-pair and pair the bluetooth on my phone every-time i want sync my watch to my phone. I don't think it needs an update but I think the developers didn't take the to correct the glitches in the app. I realy should have saved the money for something more reliable and worthy.

Having similar problems with phone syncing with watch. One of the worst Bluetooth devices I have messed with, along with the app. Please fix this. I am using a Samsung 6edge, and have a brite r450 watch. When I saw this app had a 2.2 star rating I realized why.

Isn't compatible with any of my 3 tablets. All bought within a year. Will only connect with my phone sometimes. Took it to 3 different jewelry stores to replace battery. All three said that they can't change battery without specs. from manufacturer. Can't get specs. from website. Not really worth the money I paid for it.

This app works great with my heart rate monitor watch on a Samsung S7. If it stops working I'll update the review, but so far I don't know what all of the one-star reviews are about. Makes you wonder if they're real people.

Spotty app doesn't connect %95 of the time. And the notifications don't come thru when it does connect. Rather useless app. And that was one of the features that makes this watch desirable. To bad.

Yeah pretty much a waste of time, I hope they fix this app. The watch is alright so far but by them not having a functional app to use it kinda shows how much they care about their customers.

Can't connect my R450 90% of the time, when it actually does connect it doesn't sync all of my info. Can't get my workout to sync, not even once, which is an important feature to me. The watch is great, buy I really hope they get it together with this app.

Can't sync to the app i would thought the new generation watches the issues would be gone but i was wrong. Also the app crash alot too lucky if you get it to work once.

Says on the box " compatible with S5" but I disagree. My phone can find the watch but not connect. Even for 50$ I was hoping for better. Still a nice watch though.

Got the watch, but app cannot connect to cloud. Network error..... after 486 single * reviews you'd think Lifetrak would fix their app. Uninstalling did nothing to fix the problem.

if sync error, try to pair the watch via the traditional android Bluetooth pair menu first. do NOT expect network sync to work.
