I was pleased to see this version had drop down menu's. Unfortunately, they really don't work. I'll try the less useless version of there is one?!

You type in contact and select the one you want and it shows a blank page... can't open contacts on my blackberry priv android device

It's a good start but needs some polishing. Needs a check in button for me to use every day. Desktop version is great. This seems more like 'lets see what the interns can do".

Still no action from sales force

This POS crashes when trying to save

The last few weeks have been terrible. I used the app for over a year as my only calendar and would only have it freeze once every couple months. Now every time I download it, the app will work perfectly until I exit the app. Then when I try to go back in to the app it makes me re-register every time. I have redownloaded the app at least five times and nothing works. This HAS to get fixed or I'm switching everything from Salesforce.

What's with the huge disclaimer / sell your soul to the devil contract before you can use it?

Just installed went to look at the administration training material and it is only supported for iPhone and blackberry? Blackberry? That's cute. Limited capability as compared to website. I think I will go browser.

I can't view events in SF1. This has it right on the mainn screen.

Salesforce mobile apps are bad. This one seems to work ok and is responsive at least. But quite limited with features. Still better than the abomination that is Salesforce1.

I used to use the salesforce1 app about 6 months ago and stopped using it hoping it would be better later. and now its not compatible with my Samsung s2 LTE so I tried using this version and it makes no sense. this is the first time I have come across an app that is not compatible with my device I'm going back to the web version garbage

Neither this not S1. It keeps asking for my password, then my code, then password again. Goes in loop. Terrible and useless.

Apart from crashing this app is OK.

This app will work well for about a month, then I have to uninstall it and reinstall. Even when it works well, it's not that great. It is not, and does not pre-populate much of anything. Not a good app.

Salesforce1 was worse

I switched from using SF on the iphone to android and this version is lousy. It has begun to crash when I am trying to save appointments and the answer I get is to reinstall the app. Been there, done that and the problem persists. .....I wanted to take the time to review this app again after being forced to use it instead of Exchange. This app still stinks. I'm not sure who created it, but for someone who spends 100% of my time in the field, this app needs to be redesigned. Ex. when a customer calls a

Salesforce won't accept my activation code and I'm unable to get help. Another useless unsupported App. 'Wonder how much my employer wasted on this piece of garbage.

Love sf! Love the idea of being able to use it from my phone, but this app needs an update, it keeps locking up my phone and is difficult to navigate

The login information does not carry over from my SF account. It worked fine on my iPhone but not my android. Try again SF.

As live, despite them being months ago. Makes looking at plans for the day annoyingly difficult. Poor app

Can't access cases as far as I can see. The ui is awful and it's just really clunky.

Piece of crap.... Doesn't do anything you can do on your browser, other than frustrate you.

Why offer an app when it keeps crashing??

Ex. when a customer calls and asks me for my availability I need to scroll past two years of appointments in order see just two days or more into the future. The calender has a shortcut for "Today" and "Tomorrow" but that's it. If you don't have to use it, don't. If you have to, good luck.

App constantly logs me out, errors out etc. Why isn't Salesforce for Outlook available for Droid? Really is a waste of time to use this. I could use calligraphy faster.

All it does is ask for my credentials fix it OK I would like to use it I'm only 16 and I need to use it for my classes

Asks for a pass code. No documentation, no help.

I got this app to do client billing from home. This mobile version only gives me access to about 30% of the features, so it's totally useless to me.

Simple office app yet informative about the necessities of one's business communication.
