SalesforceA for Android
Good start..
Love the app
It used to work perfectly, but since March the app has stopped working. I can see the users list and jump between tabs. But as soon as I click on an individual user, I get the error message "Can't connect to Salesforce. Check your Wi-Fi or data connection, and try again". Please check what has gone wrong. Thank you. Update 08/12/2016 - this issue is now identified as bug for Android phones, and the R&D team are working on it to fix it.
Like a lot of other people have already said, it works well for resetting passwords for users or freezing accounts...but really that's about it. The Apple app gets support a lot more quickly so this Android app is lacking comparatively. It'd be nice if I could access via fingerprint instead of passcode. Here's hoping for future improvements.
This App works great. It has helped me solved many urgent issues.
Good app for helping support users by resetting passwords when I'm away from my desk, but I wish I could do a bit more with it, too.
Doesn't work. Keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet. But guess what.. I am!
Easy to use. It doesn't do much, but what it does do, it does well.
Works well so far for resetting passwords.
Provides the necessary capabilities to do basic admin on the go.
Can't do much, but saves running back into office to reset passwords
Happy to see additional admin controls!
Prompts everytime to login when accessing Success Community
Easy and quick mobile access
Leaves a lot to be desired.
Awesome app
Lot for improvement needed
UPDATE: Now I can log in but I can only see two users, both accessed "recently" to unlock them, and when I search for users nothing comes up. What is going on over there?
I can't set the permission set of a user. It should be possible to do more with that app than resetting passwords and freezing users.
Only shows recently viewed users. Useless
Rocking app and new improvements
There's net connection and all it says is "Can't connect to Sales force. Check your wifi connection"

Really useful app. Great for managing users and checking system status.
This is a great accompaniment to the Salesforce1 app. It's mainly for user control: edit, reset password, freeze. It also has a convenient shortcut for server status. Pages take a few seconds to load, but they load. LG G4.
Now when I try to do anything I am taken to a login screen. After logging in, I attempt my task again and end up in an endless login loop.
Works as advertised but the A application does not seem to have moved to native like the 1 application has. It's a slow and laggy webview.
Won't load the app once I type in the pass code
The app is so simple, yet working so bad
App won't make it past pin code on initial setup. Droid Maxx 4.4.4
Salesforce knocks it out of the park with this release, super fast and responsive as it is all native! Great app!
Needs more permissions than necessary to spy on it's users.
Loved the app

Doesn't open on my LG G4. What else can I say? All I see is a black screen.
I'm in an endless loop of userid password, pin, confirm pin, and back to logon screen.
Entered username and password. Allowed app. Entered security code. Repeat...
Refreshing user data for showing freezed and locked out has issues..Not much functionality available within the tool and doesn't impress as opposed to Salesforce1. The tasks done by the tool can easily be done in mobile browser by accessing the application as well.
Used to be a good app, but now all I get is a plain blue screen when I log in.
