please. Problem has been reported here fore SEVERAL months by multiple users. App used to be great-lets shoot for that again. Thanks.

Crashes all the time now. And now I can't listen to my favorite sermons until I log in. PLEASE FIX...I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO LOG IN!!

Crashes ALL THE TIME! Then once you send feedback & give them access to your system logs, it works fine. The CEO NEEDS TO BE FIRED! God deserves better than this mess. Perhaps the FCC needs to look into there constant asking for feedback & system logs?

App keeps having error message, stopping for no reason, daily.. Some speakers speak to low and my volume is up all the way. Please, please fix these problems.

Plays broadcasts in chipmunk mode :-D ! Has also "stopped" running several times in the last 30 or so minutes. Read the other reviews; sounds like they might need more knowledgeable IT staff? Can't imagine OnePlace would WANT all this crashing, or not care that it happens. Hopefully, they read these reviews. Otherwise, a great ministry!

Great idea. Love that out can download a program and listen later. One suggestion is if it could allow the user to speed up replay like other podcast apps. That way you can condense a 30 min program to 20 min or less. Also maybe block out or hide programs you aren't interested in? Great app to grow!

When I first had this app, it worked great with no problems. For the last couple of months I can't even get it to play anything no less download and play it later. I even tried uninstalling app and that still didn't work. Would LOVE to have this app working. It is a great ministry, but is useless if it doesn't play any of the material. Please fix the app and I will be back!

This was a great app. It was perfect, now it will not allow you to listen to the sermons, I get the message stating One place must forward my info to for example Dr Erwin Lutzer. It used to just simple allow you to listen to all archives. Now they need to get permission. So please fix and don't ruin it.

Radio archives would not stream evenly, even when WiFi was turned off. Uninstalled and reinstalled and experienced the same issue. Now it won't even start on LG v10. I give up on this app. Going directly to the ministry sites for their podcasts.

Reviewers here are correct. App crashed upon initial launched then I had to replayed/relaunched sermon/podcast. After that, while listening to the sermon, my Note 5 was nonresponsive (sermon is still playing in the background). I can't use my phone to multitask. I either have to hard reset by entering recovery mode then cancelled out of that in order to stop the app. Please fix the bugs. Don't let the devil win. :)

I use this app a lot despite some technicalities... i dont have the crashes others mentioned on my Note2 or Note4, but after the lockscreen cycles a few times, I lose control as it locks up. The power button works so I can restart phone.

App froze and deleted my review right now as I typed so I'll be short. Had the app about a week. ..it's crashed numerous times, causing my phone to freeze. Too much trouble to use. I'm un installing it. Sad because it had plenty awesome teachings.

Reading the previous reviews, I don't understand..... I've used this app for several years, and have had very very very few issues with it. It's an awesome app, I love the contents, Greg Laurie you rock!

Force closes constantly and freezes up my home screen. Otherwise, it's a decent resource. Wish there was a filter to remove some of the quacks, but you get what you pay for.

Great content, horrible app. At the very least it would be nice to be able to hit a next button to continue a series from the archives. Also when I use the share feature it doesn't work at all for the person I sent it to.

This is a great resource for finding solid Christian teaching. I download (save) several messages each day for offline listening while I'm walking. Since the most recent update, I am unable to deleted saved messages. When you long-press the saved item, the confirmation message pops up but there is no "Yes" or "No" visible. I've tried pressing where I think the Yes would be, but that doesn't work. I have an ever-growing list of messages tht I'd like to delete, but can't.

When it works it's good. Problem is it crashes often, does not easily delete saved files and menus are cludgey. Promised an update, but nothing yet.

This app constantly crashes on me. I got a brand new Android phone, and it still crashing on me. Please talk to the developers to fix it. The content is phenomenal and I really want to use it.

When it's operating properly. Every since the update to Lollipop the app crashes when using it. It locks up the phone and the phone has to be restarted to regain control. This is a hassle and I would rather not use it because although the sermons would play you aren't able to pause or do anything in the app or the phone. This has been going on for a couple of months around July 2015. Please repair with an update ASAP!

The audio streaming stops after about 5 minutes nearly all the time, with an Android message, "unfortunately, One Place has stopped," with option to close or cancel. I can restart the app, but it happens repeatedly, with most audio streams. Using a Galaxy Note 4, Lollipop Android.

During sermon playbacks via Bluetooth through my car audio system, my S6 Active freezes to the point I can do nothing else with it. Other times, playback stops for upwards of 10-15 seconds and, when it starts back up again, it plays so fast to make up the time it was stopped that its hard to understand (if possible are all). I, too, love having this resource available. However, it's very hard to use it when these things happen all the time. Truly, it is a daily event. Please help! And PRAISE JESUS!

The concept of the app is great. You have a centralised place to come and receive God's word, but this app constantly crashes. It's hard to enjoy a program when it cuts off before you can even start listening or when you're halfway through. Please...provide an update that fixes these constant crashes....Please! !!

This app has helped me tremendously. I love hearing word of God, and this app makes learning it that much easier, also while being entertaining.

I really like this app it has all the stations that I listen to and all of the ministries that I like and it's a great application I've had it for a long time but ever since the new update every time I start one place my phone freezes one place app still works and I still get the program that I'm listening to but I can't bring my phone out of sleep it won't let me swipe in order to open my phone to get back to the app or anything else so every time I want to listen to a new broadcast I have to restart my ph

I absolutely love what this app does, but it is a complete failure because it crashes so much it is *almost* unusable. I get to listen to one episode per day. After that it will crash every time. It has been this way for a year or more. Also, I do not like getting messages, aka spam, in this app. If you want to show ads in app that's fine. But when it sounds like a txt message came in, but it was only a promo from One Place that makes me mad. That crosses the line from helpful to annoying. And it crashes.

Lot of great Pastor is here but this app is garbage now I don't know what happened you still work fine it crashes freezes stops in the middle of the sermon I am not able to listen to anything unfortunately would be a great app to have but going to uninstall it due to the fact that that just doesn't work sorry

I LOVE THIS APP! BUT... while listening to a podcast, I CANNOT INTERRUPT IT TO TEXT OR MAKE A CALL!!! IT WON'T LET ME SWIPE THE SCREEN TO UNLOCK!!! Please FIX!!! Also, if I get a notification, the volume drops to almost nil & stays there! I have to pause the app & start it again for full volume! Please FIX!!!

I have been less and less impressed with each iteration of this app. I want to like it, but the app has so many bugs it's often unusable. A couple of updates back, the app lost several features which I brought up in a previous review. Those missing features were re-added in the last update, but the app is now unstable. I OFTEN begin streaming a show only for the app to crash or the playing to stop at any random point in the stream. At that point the stream is lost...I have to start over. When I'm using data to download dozens of megabytes, that is a real problem because I have to re-download it. This happens on my cell network or using wifi. These crashes have happened on several phones and a tablet. I get the "Unfortunately. OnePlace has stopped" error all the time. It's frustrating. There's also no way to force it to load or re-load archived shows. Once you select the archives of a show, it's supposed to load the titles for a couple dozen (seems like) shows. It doesn't always do that. When you scroll down, it's supposed to load more titles. It doesn't always do that. I'd like to be able to force it to re-attempt the loading of the titles. Please just make it WORK.

The latest update of OnePlace are very frustrating and disappointing. It keeps on crashing for no reason, struggle to update ministry archives when browsing a ministry and do not display all my downloads - not even those that I have downloaded via the updated version. Please look into this. - No resolve or feedback.

I really like having all of these GREAT ministries at my finger tips! But the app is kind of a battle to use because anytime I listen to a program, my phone locks up until it's done playing.

The content is OUTSTANDING. ..the app not so much. Plugging and unplugging headphones causes it to crash. It stops in the middle of sermons without rhyme or reason. Notifications from other apps running in the background will cause the volume to decrease. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix these issues.

Wow. Such enormous possibilities for this app, yet consistently causes phone to seize and crash. Have to reboot phone just to get access. UNINSTALL... MAJOR FAIL!

I love this app but for some reason it locks up my phone when playing sermons. I really hope you guys can get this fixed.

The app is not stable on my Galaxy S4. It frequently crashes and occasionally will not stop playing even if I shut down all running apps. When it does work I love it because of the convenience of accessing my favorite ministries. Needs work.

There are times I can't even listen to the broadcast because the App keeps stopping. I received an update, but it still stops and completely locks up my phone. I have a galaxy s6. Please fix this so I can use it.

I love the fact that I can access The Bible Answer Man archives any time.
