SailformsPro Relational DB

Last update inserted a bug or feature in my form buttons that disabled my form with button errors. It took me awhile, but I eventually figured out that I needed to add a single field to my form to select an entry that all my buttons used in another form. Would've been nice not to deal with that, but still the most versatile Android DB available.

Great app if you like collecting information. I use it all the time.

Developed several db's for personal use. Made personal budgeting program that includes checkbooks, loans, budgets, repeating transactions. No other db compares. Update: Best productivity program for kindle tablet. I have written two programs for individuals using the Kindle and they work fine.

This is a good database app but is more complicated to develop a custom database and use than other such apps like HandBase and Momento etc. Which IMHO are much easier to develop and use. There is not much in-app documentation either to help a novice like me. Still I am of the opinion that this is a good database app.

The best Android DB I've found. Interface is not the best but you can do some quite sophisticated things with it. And it keeps getting better.

I have had tried many mobile data bases, this is the best of the best. What could be exceptional is to update data base trough a network.

Has a lot of nice features, and a few bugs to go with them, but what's really bad is the user interface. Horrendous seems like an understatement. Things like changing the view for a list are way too difficult and not intuitive at all (Menu > Save List Layout and then select one that's already saved). I would think it's just bad translations if the developer wasn't listed as in the US, but as it is, I think the developer just needs to hire a UI expert to try to save it.

Does take learning as any of these do, but worth all the effort & this developer regularly makes improvements. Would like multi select check box opt out of list view.

On the main board, the buttons are not visible till I press the + button

Does evrything i want

This used to be one of the best apps on the market , they had to just go and try to improve it and made it a complete mess it is now completely useless for my needs it will not save and keeps asking you to save the type of resolution but keeps going back to the same screen over and over and over just completely useless now PDF complete idiots keep trying to make improvements but make it always worse

But now for reasons I can't explain. This app just goes away. Meaning that it will be on my phone after downloading it, then a day or two later its not on my phone, just gone, along with my data. It's not worth the money.

I have used Memento, HandBase and others for many many years. SailForms Pro is in its own class. Simply the best. Kudos to the developer.

Very good update. I give 5 stars when we can change police fonts and have a function to actually leave our project outside of Sailform, not only return to the previous menu. And a manual updated like your app that explains all the functions with an example of each ... Apart from this, very good work team!

some improvement required in the saved list . Filtration good, sorted good, break good, but required improvement in the total field. I suggest custom calculation required colum to colum' 2)print field required for invoice form 3) sms field required 4)month & year Stamp should separate 5) figure/value convert to text ( ex:100 to hundred

This has got to be the best DB App for Android. I have written programs on Windows Access and Sailsforms and I prefer Sailsforms. It is fast, powerful and easier to program than Access. I have written Medical History and Car Maintenance programs and they are great. The Forum is also very good. It continues to get even better with updates. I am very satisfied with this app.

On my S4 and Note 4 it now crashes on exiting. Otherwise its looms great

Im liking the the new look of Sailsform Pro

I think this is the best relational database currently available for Android. It has a very clean and good looking interface and, once you study the tutorials, is easy to use. I am using it on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 and it looks and works really great. I have tried all of the other offerings and this one comes up trumps.

Unfortunately this was my last stop rather than my first. Feature rich, powerful smartphone DB built around form design. Does nearly everything I need. Only a few minor bugs found so far. Very nice example of high quality programming.

This is the best database and form designer I've seen yet. I consider it money well spent. I have written several fairly complex applications with it. Two features that would really put this over the top and make it phenomenal are... 1) Tabbed forms to allow designs to better render on smaller devices. For example if I design on my 12" tablet I would want the form to render properly on my phone. Having multiple tabs on a form results in smaller real estate needed. 2) The ability to use a database that is stored in the cloud DIRECTLY (eg google drive, drop box etc). This way I can run the same database file from any of my devices wherever I am. That would be incredible. The app already allows backup and restore from cloud. Kudos! Taking nothing away from this App, it is simply the best the is out there. nearly perfect.

the "ADD SHORTCUT" doesn't work on XIAOMI or SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 10.1 since there is no ADD SHORTCUT option, but its a great APP . I'm so exited to see the V2 :) :) keep up the good work ( add DONATIONS / no subscriptions ) so we can support you after buying the app

transactions. Really like the database, dev's the best I've experienced. Would like opt from tapping top of check box column to select all in that filter. Be nice to have "check book" sample with transfer function (haven't been able to get that to happen).

I have written useful applications. It's not a relational db. Maybe I've reached the edge and I'd like some improvements, as new functions.

Build the entry forms, add data, export data, etc. I've got over 500 entries so far and it's not slowing down. My data is always backed up just in case.

Getting better on every upgrade

Enabled me to set up a system to record bookings, deposits, and payments and cross-refer these to bank receipts. Great for maintaining control of our business accounts. And all done in a very short time. There are quite a few limitations, but some of my desires would require quite a bit of coding.
