The app does not work. Cannot change screens to go to quote screen where I was headed so I tried other areas, none worked. Even the exit button for the app does not work. Fix the app and I will review again. Samsung S6

Their mobile site is designed odd and their app is glitchy. I'm guessing they reward employees for positive reviews on the app. Just going with one of the other hundred companies that don't put me on hold for 30 minutes
