Sage Invoicing

Not working at all shows no customers and what little info it does contain is totally wrong When is this going to be sorted?? Totally useless app, you charge for *improvements* will we get discounts for not being able to use the system?? Down loaded new update... Still the same.. Totally useless on Android

The original app was always buggy and crashed on a restart of the phone. The new app won't run at all, and just gives the error "The BBCAgent has stopped". With this, and the fact they've just increased my price with no notification I shall be looking elsewhere.

The app was working fine untill two weeks ago. Now it dosnt contain any information and looks like our account is clear. No invoice or custommers data. Completely unusable. There is no way to restore or update manually the data.

Just keeps crashing. Latest update. It was bearable before... Oh well back to web use

Don't know what you've done but now I can't use this app to invoice. A case of doesn't do what it says on the tin! You replied saying yesterdays update would fix the problem but it hasn't, I get "a problem occured while saving an invoice" appear when I try to save an invoice

This app is not available to subscribers of Sage One Start. Very misleading. As is the online subscription.

Needs so much work. Really feels like a beta. Gave it two stars purely for having an app at all. Needs the ability to add an invoice from a supplier with more details and the ability to edit the VAT. Self calculates and rounds off wrong. Back to the pc I guess.

Hi Sage while this app does the basic functions for those with a Sage One Accounting license, there is still no Google Play app for the Expenses and Invoices app which Sage One Start clients need to use. Its available on IOS but no Android equivelant yet. Is there anything in the pipeline for this to be released. I have a few recomendations for this app to make it more user friendly. While it's nice to have the mobility aspect for invoicing, being able to provide real time quotes while person is reviewing the job/work to be done would be ideal.

Why can't I delete payments? This is a pitiful excuse for an app.

Seems to raise sales invoices fin but would be handy to also be able to raise purchase invoices too.

Really disappointed with this app now. Before updates all was good, now it's crap. Invoice shows vat but I'm not vat registered, can't save invoice, keep getting message to go to main website and update details. All my business details are registered including address! This app is now of no use what so ever! Wish I could give no stars.

Malcolm, to add another address, click "edit" from the contact and scroll down to where it says "delivery address". Move the slider to "on" and the fields will appear to add additional addresses.

App still crashes and lack functionality. Really struggle to create an invoice on the go. Changed to sage one because of app. Very disappointed

With a login using a Google account, this app always logs me in to the wrong sage one account. I end up logged in to different users account within our business. I've told sage this previously 3 times via different contact method, and not had a single response...

So I am a Sage die hard. However, this still needs a lot of work. If it's not frozen, it's opening weirdly. If it's not opening weirdly, you can't log in. If i was a bit more patient (after 30 mins of waiting and trial) I reckon I would find more stuff wrong with it.

Asks for a download update every time I open it and logs me into the wrong account when I log in with my details??? What happened?

It will not allow you to create an invoice. You can complete all fields, however it will not allow you to save it.

The previous Sage app was slow and kept crashing, this version is even worse. Very slow, crashes regularly and is actually so bad that it is unusable. Sage developers really need to address this urgently as I for one will be looking at alternative accounting software unless there is a marked improvement.

I don't see how they bother to publish such an app. Buggy slow and doesn't have much features that you'd expect. If Sage try to copy some competition, they will be more successful.

Since the last update this app is just about useless. When I bring up an invoice it doesn't tell me who the invoice is for. Very disappointed. Thinking of cancelling my subscription

Since the update, neither the iOS app or the Android app is working. Same thing happened last time - was without the app for at least two weeks. Appalling

Will not install. Hangs at passcode input. Current sage one subscriber, so this is frustrating.
