Safeway Delivery

First time using it didnt go how i thought. They didnt bring everything on my list. I call the asap the lady on the phone told since i didnt have more than 25 i had to pay to have it delivered again. It didnt make sense since they made the mistake. She ended setting up a deliver for tomarrow since i was a few cents off from $25. So lets waiting and see tomarrow i was really depending on it since i have small children and no car with a broken ankle.

Product review option would make this great! If they had free shipping is probably go broke buying from them. Sends me good coupons in the mail and everything I've gotten was fresh and delicious. If I get another free shipping coupon I'll shop here again

We use this app all the time and I don't know why. We waste so much money because the shoppers consistently pick products based on FIFO (first in first out). We get meat, produce, and dairy that expires the same day of delivery or one or two days later. The phone wait times to complain are so long that we've only bothered to do it once. We always get the one hour delivery window and it is a somewhat regular thing for them to be late, and when they're late, they're not five or ten minutes late, they're LATE. Every level of this service is lacking in customer service.

Worked great for me. Was my first time using it and saved my groceries I picked out and was able to come back and finish. I would recommend it for anyone. I've been sick and this was a godsend for me

I think I just found unclaimed land. Mr. Oklahoma there's a piece of unreconstructed land that has caught my eye

This app doesn't even work. My God people. You're in Silicon Valley. Pull it together! You just lost my business

Consider yourself lucky if half the things you order actually show up. The app doesn't stay signed in and the search does not work well.

First time using this app/service..it was very easy to order my food, I used my history which shows all the food I've bought..easy. Delivery person was friendly, my order was perfect and I am a fan.

Couldn't get pass the app. Made an mistakhew and couldn't go back, so confusing customer service was confused now can't use

I used to use it all the time and all the sudden it won't load anymore I erased it reloaded it erase reloaded it it will not load anymore my phone so will be using you again

Can't sign in. I have an account but the sign in fails, password reset also fails.

A great example of a bad application and why Amazon and Instacart can make several times standard margins by providing a UI that isn't complete trash

This app used to work, but has always been extremely slow and would sometimes kick me out during the middle of my order, causing me to start all over again. Since the beginning of this year, I can't even get past the welcome screen as it continuously clocks and freezes before I can log in. I love the delivery service, but this app is so difficult to use, I've started using amazon fresh. Please fix...I'd much rather give my money to safeway!!!

I've been ordering my groceries for a couple months now, and boy am I telling you ... I so love it! They deliver it right to your dining room table. The delivery fee is worth it! You don't have to bother going out and getting stuff you don't need. I spend SEVERAL days doing my grocery shopping to make sure I get everything that I need. I try to only get 1 delivery per month. Seems to be working out for us.

I thought that this app would be more helpful and I put only three items in my shopping cart. It said that the max minimum for the stuff is $49 and the grand total I had was 20 bucks. I am so dissed because since it won't let me confirm I had to drive all the way to the safeway and search through all isle to look for my stuff. I had to go there and buy it at the checkout and I am so effing done with this app. I'm sorry safeway but in your dang ads you guys were so lying and I am done. You want more valuable customers please fix your stupid app.

This used to work but now it freezes and when I close it flashes error msg. I have a galaxy s5. No other apps on my phone are a problem so its not my phone's fault. I think this app no longer compatible with upgraded system.

Every time I get a list together to place an order, there's always those few things I want that aren't listed. Today, there's no salmon, no all purpose flour and no lemon juice (you know the one that's shaped like a lemon). There are too many missing products for me to use this service/app.

Terribly coded app. Spinning wheel of death. Order system down. Won't let me reconcile past customer history so I had to get a new key code. Awful deals and they're all junk food. Awesome concept, worst execution.

couldn't get accy set up on either my vomputer or the phone app. Definitely not ready for prime time snd makes me worry they might have a trojan horse capturing my info.

I've been using this for over a year with no problems, now after many lock-ups and reinstalls nothing but FREEZING. PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to say good by for now till its fixed. Update bugs and lock ups fixed thx

Downloaded and installed and it just sits on the first screen with the truck and does nothing. Tried uninstalling and re-installing but nothing helps.

Doesn't work. Just errors when trying to create an account. Basically it's only good to compare a price I'd something to buy it somewhere else.

Log in problem fixed, works great, lots of choices and good delivery windows. Not all Safeway discounts available though, so can be pricey

App is slow, sale prices change alot, can be different day to day sometimes.
