Tom Thumb

Old app great except for dropping shopping list I ceated every time I walked into store. Really. So updated and new interface is so confusing. I have no idea what added or didn't. Plus there is no sync button. You have to wait 5 minutes for it to sync the last item beforehand you can check out.

So glad they brought back the separate shopping list option. Made this a really great app to use again.

The last updates took away the ability to add offers to the card. All selections are now added to the shopping list. This changes my rating from good to poor. This change was also made to the web site, so I can't use that either. Update - A new update has added back the option to allow the selection to be added only to the card, so I have raised my rating. A slight annoyance is that when opening the sorted offers, it does not start at the top of the list, so you have to manually scroll to the top. Also, I wish the app could automatically log into the store wi-fi.

Not syncing, not loading everything, get error message. Pls fix

I come from the land of Wegmans where you can type a product in and it will tell you the aisle it's in. It makes shopping so much easier.

have both tom thumb and kroger near me but the kroger app sux so go go tom thumb your app is best

Unable to add to card and list separately. Now you can only add to list. I want to be able to add to card like before

The latest update forces all selected personalized card savings onto my shopping list, please allow me to separate the two

Says there is no stores in my location. There's about 6. Fix this issue, I can't even log in!

Will not let me pick a location. I can't set up an account or anything

Easy to use and helps save money

It doesn't allow me to sign into my account and, although, there are a bunch of Tom Thumb gas stations it shows a message saying that there isn't any around here.

Most of my items are "Unknown, ask for help" since the last update. 7/31/16 I have the latest version installed and 21 items still have "Aisle Unknown; Ask for help."

I love it. I just loved it.

I only just installed the app so i have not looked at it from my phone, but on my tablet, it is very easy to read, and i like the layout for the weekly ads. I can sit back, look through, add to my shopping list and move on. Well done!

Like your print ads it is cluttered, messy and hard to comprehend but I get information. Kroger does it better.

Fast

Gets stuck loading and gives msg network not available, try again later. Pls fix.

Has stopped working. Will not record gas points and when I add coupons they are not taken off at register. Please fix

I tried to sign up but when I put in my email address it says, "please provide an email address." So even though I find everything out and hit 'register' nothing happens. Please fix.

Can't register. It doesn't know I have a Tom Thumb right around the corner.

Never had problems with the app until today. Says cannot reach server. Tried uninstalling and didn't help. Customer service was not helpful either.

This app used to be great, however it has stopped working and apparently no one cares as others have had the same complaint.

Can't update/correct my information on card. Doesn't keep track of gas points. Now it won't even open.

Isn't working! Love the store!

The GPS function isn't working. It says the closest store is a business in California. This was disturbing to me since I was sitting on my porch in Florida. It also reports no stores within 200 miles of my location when I try and use the locator option. This is bothersome since I can see the Tom Thumb from my front yard.
