Randalls

The coupons and deals on the app don't give the complete information and do not provide the exclusions that are in the printed version. When pointed out, store points out that "it reserves the right for typographical error and omissions" and so is not bound to honor the coupons on the app. In which case, why even have the digital coupons.

Used to be helpful. After most recent update it is worse than useless.

Hate the new version. It's too hard to view all categories at once, and if you want to view personalized deals you have to click through too many layers. And now you have to go to a separate page to build your list. Update is LESS efficient!

just for you coupons are very useful

Every time I receive a notification that I have a $5 off $25 offer, when I open the app and go to "just for U", there is no offer to add the coupon or discount. FAIL! The offers used to show up but they haven't worked for a very long time now. Wish they would fix this.

Having trouble scanning

I spent twenty minutes trying to set up the rewards program and I still can't add in my loyalty card. I'm not spending another twenty on an 800 number. It's just not worth it.

Helps keep track of what I buy, gets good discounts and specials. Gas discounts are great.

I can't imagine shopping with out this app. Great coupons and discounts.

Seems effective

Would be awesome to be able to scan my randalls card from the app at the register, like the Kroger app. I'm always misplacing the card and can't use thr coupons I loaded to the app.

Not as user friendly as the Krogers app.

Love the savings

I have a Nexus 6 and the scan icon/feature doesn't work. The app crashes and is useless until this is resolved.

I love this app but the last few times I've tried to open it gives me a msg that the Randalls app has closed. I reported and then hit okay and nothing

Haven't been able to use this app in weeks. Makes it hard to shop without going home to check the app. Not convenient at all! Fix this, please! (Samsung Note 4)

Love adding savings just for me to my card with just a click. And making a shopping list as you go is really helpful.

If you don't have a card of theirs the app is useless. Since there are no Randalls near my home I don't have a card but there is one near work but I don't want to stop there on my way home unless they have what I want since it's an hour drive. I also dislike being told I have to get one of their cards. Needless to say this app is being deleted now.

Its great, easy and fun to use. Although, I wish they would bring back the feature for $5 dollar Friday for 2 extra days for those of us that can't make it on Friday. Please bring that back!!

It's close and has most of what I need

I always enjoy shopping at Randall's. Everyone treats you with a smile and make your shopping easy. I highly recommend everyone to do their shopping at Randall's.

Will not sync with account when I try to use it in the store, on at least two occasions has locked phone - had to wait until battery died to unlock the darned thing! Would be great otherwise, though be forewarned that this app is s----l-----o---o---o---o---o-----w

Only use because of a convenient location.

It won't let me sync my card. It keeps saying my email doesn't match their records. So I called the 800 number and they told me that someone would call me back and they never did.

This app is so at the tip of my fingers at all.times I.love it

There isn't any new offers on my app yet and it's a new add today. :(
