You can use any device running Android operation system (etc. mobile phones, tablets, android-based desktop pc with camera, microphone). We have to examine the similar solutions, their pros and cons: Fault tolerance, guaranteening the countinous working, excellent video - and audio quality, remote control, and easy to handle. The goal is to optimalize the data traffic in the network (using hardware encoding), by taking the adavantages of the android platform. For handling and controlling there is a simple user interface in the application.
