This is not a USA based company, I had more hacking after installing and using this app called and got overseas this is dangerous and lookout says ok well most apps do but still not safe make sure u have good security bc this is becoming the destruction of our nation and our identifying info all of it

Today customer service told me they are not accepting new customers. Unable to connect even though I signed up for their free version years ago. Customer service has been no help, my first message to them was 2 weeks ago and still can't connect. Loved this before they broke it.

I haven't been able to resolve this issue. Take money from my account but STILL app tells me to upgrade my account?

Works great. Had problems at first, but tech support helped me fix it and now it's up and working.

I got this app & it's been taking funds off my card. Bank said it's a Scam do not get this app! BEWARE

I have used this app for 3 years I have never had a problem with safer web .I have used other vpn's before and they SUCKED !!!!! COMPARED TO SAFER WEB . They have kept me out of trouble for this long ,I think I will stay with them for a little while longer . !!!!!???? ???????? . OH THE OTHER VPN'S ARE. A PILE OF ????????????????????????????????????????????????????

This site is easy to use and works great. Highly recommended if you have a community that frets x-rated sites.

The best VPN i have ever used and had on my Samsung J7 I'll have to put SaferWeb on my Dell Labtop thank you SaferWeb . I am on the $7.99 a month plan and works perfectly. For those of you that says it's no good or not working i would just say quite buying those cheap fhones and if you are not happy on what you paid send them an email or call them they will work it out with you. I just love SaferWeb and it works great for me. Cry babies.

I could not get this thing to connect. Then when I called to get a refund the guy wanted to give me a 50% discount. Then he even has the wrong account information pulled up. He was going to cancel someone else's account. I strongly urge you to not get this service.

I've been using this app for my mobile phone and laptop for a couple of months. It's help's keep my online activities less vulnerable to hackers especially when I'm conducting transactions that pertain to banking and other financial endeavors. I recommend SaferWebs VPN servers over non-secure servers. Love it!

I was aware of charges and didn't mind paying until I paid and it doesn't work and can to get help. In addition paid special for a year and says in profile expires next month. Will be contacting bank and better business bureau in morning

I don't really trust safer Web... anything you do is going through their servers, and they can see it all, so I wouldn't bank or pay anything while running this VPN, do so at your own risk, and I notice significantly slower connection speeds while running the VPN Vs the same WiFi router and isp without the VPN. I use this to download torrents, and that's it. Also, I see people paying for this service, I use the free service, don't give them any of your info... be smart, not dumb.

I saw a link on 1 of the social media sites & seen articles for this app, on many social media sites.Then I came across a "news article ", showing ppl climbing over each other to grab 1 of their "$4.99" protection plan cards. Then a TINY link appeared & i was able to see that yes, the plan starts at that price, then you're hit with $119 taken out of your account! You have to give consent to ALL OF YOUR INFO, so they have access! Clean Master app is free and never asks for financial info! It's fantastic!

This app is lousy. I couldn't even get it to start. It kept saying Authentication Failed on all my devices. I deleted it right away. Don't bother!

Payed 4.99 then $35. It worked for about a month.....now total Bullshit. "Authentication failed" "must upgrade" Bullshit app. Support tells you to do things to fix that don't exist

A complete fail every since signing up for service this app has never connected, "authentication failed" is always the response after trying to connect. Will not extend service contract!

Paid this morning and can't activate it. Won't accept my email so I'm not recieving emails they send. Total waste of my pension

Works fine on my computer but on my Samsung Tab 2 as a application it will not start automatically. I need to manually click on the program. The safer web folks tell me that's just how it is.

Have the same VPN on an IOS device without issue but I can not get the Android version to connect.

Installed and logged in and when I try to quick connect I get the message "Authentication Failed"

When you CAN connect it works. However it is very difficult to obtain a connection!

Don't be fooled. Clean Master is way better and I've never paid any fees. See you on the safer and cleaner side.

Unbelievable rip off. I'm unable to get any help to try to connect with this app. I keep getting failed connection. What an idiot I am for not reading the reviews before signing up for this app.

I have a very hard time getting connections any time of the day or night. When I do get a connection it is soooo slow that my websites time out.
