Installed this app for my child, who just received their 1st phone and starting middle school. At 1st I had the red app installed and ran into a lot of issues, even as an upgraded member. It was so great to immediately communicate with support via text instead of trying to call a customer service number. "Andrew" was friendly and informative and got me up and running on the blue app quickly. He even took the time to troubleshoot the things I could not figure out. I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone who has a child with a smartphone. Even my 16 year old doesn't mind it! Keep up the good work. I'll be looking forward to more features for GEO.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!!! great and easy to use App , letting me control my kids by knowing exactly what they're doing, where and when. I can manage my kids usage (via every browser) by scheduling their Apps and receiving both summarized and immediately logs/hazards to my Email when needed. this App really covering all of what I need and much more!!!! it's has really great support too by chats/Email... Thanks guys for helping me and make it much easier to take care of my kids safety!!!!

This is a great app all around. And if you have a problem there is someone to help you, they are just a message away. And they will work with you to figure it out. I definitely recommend it. The only thing I have to say is I would like them to work on is the android to apple feature, and I told a member of their team that and he said that they are working towards that feature.

I have this app being monitored on 2 phones. One has Skype and WhatsApp installed and I can't see their conversations at all. The conversations I see aren't updated and aren't in its entirety. The geo notification isn't always accurate. The text messages as well aren't always updated. The app gives a decent overview of the context on the phone but I always have to do further looking which kind of defeats the purpose of a paid app.
