Status. Pretty much worthless. Theres no way to update my policy in this app. I have insurance but still says canceled. Poor job you guys

Can't access my account with it, terrible. I can on my phone's browser... But not the app.

I would like to see my payment schedule.

No problems so far. I've had this app for about 2 months now.

They are the worst at getting claims and paperwork taken care of. Tried to call the claims adjuster and only get voice mail. They do not even try to meet their customers needs. I will not recommend safe auto to anyone

Even before the lastest update it worked fine for me. I dont get why everyones crying about the app, talking about switching insurace companies because they cant figure out how to use the app. Makes none. Now that they've updated the app it works even better. 5 stars for me.

So even after I reset my password countless times on the website, I still recieve a message that my info was entered incorrectly on the app. So I will continue to keep paying the extra $3.95 "service charge" to pay my bill. Nice way to milk even more money from your customers. It would be funny if everyone quit using safe auto and the company was forced to go into bankruptcy. Assholes

I've tried using my policy # & password, along with my email & password & cannot sign in. I r6n into this problem with ALL platforms. I can only get in with quick pay & on an actual laptop. I was hoping the app would be different. I've never had so many problems trying to pay a bill!

Zero stars!! The app sucks as bad as the company.. Always says wrong log in info. About as useful as their customer service. Hope you never get in wreck and need info. Like I did.

Unusable. Cannot access my policy. I am able to sign in without problems at the website, but cannot sign in with app. Also, won't exit with back button (<|). I have to force stop every time. Very tedious.

Idiots. I pay for car insurance from the same company that can't figure out an app? My retarded cousin Glenn has a functioning app, but the geniuses at safe auto can't? I'm gonna switch to Geico over this one. Jeez

This app went from being very user friendly and convenient to the most frustrating and incompetent app. It won't allow me to reset my password (after it said I entered in incorrectly although I did not), won't retain any of my information, won't direct me to a page to that will allow "fix" their mistakes. I don't know what happened in a year but it is ridiculous that a multimillion dollar company can't employ Web techs or IT personnel to maintain a site and or an app. We shouldn't have to work this hard to give them our money.

I have yet to be able to sign in to the app. Changed my password 3 times and still says it's wrong. Uninstalled.

Please fix. Can't log in, says info is incorrect everytime when it's not. Obviously everyone else almost has had the same issue.

Cant get ahold of people. The automated service is so complicated and hard they need a direct number or let 0 be to get to a real person.

It was great but then when I updated it it's so small I can't read it and I asked one of my cop friends and he said he wouldn't even take it because of it

Am I the only one that can't seem to access my account without having to reset my password everytime? Why can't you have a keep me logged in feature?

Just maybe, if you had a developer who knew how to develop apps, this app would open and not immediately crash. Maybe your new jingle should be, "1 800 SUCKY APP... It won't open!"

App ran great until I updated now it opens and immediately shuts down.

Why is it that I can't log in but when I tap quick pay I'm immediately directed to the quick pay page and my un and pw are accepted? Does this app only recognize you when you make a payment and nothing else?

I installed this app to get a copy of my policy. Fortunately, I I had thoughtfully taken snapshots before uninstalling the app I put my phone on all night and took it off charge and less than an hour it had completely died from a full charge. This was the only app I installed recently. Once I uninstalled it my battery charging quadrupled so fix the battery leak please and I might change my rating

Waste of space on my phone because the app pretty much never works.

Thought the app would be convenient, but says i cant pay my bill through it. So whats the point of the app?
