Excellent content, however a few things will make the application great. 1- The played videos are not usually synced across different devices especially when you watch few downloaded videos on mobile. Not to mention that the position in the video is not synced at all. 2- Please make the app available for Android TV too. It is must.

Every other update resets authorization, so I have to regularly re-enter my login and password :( On a slow connection takes a lot of time to load my queue which doesn't make any sense to me, since it should already be cached. But the most annoying issue is that it can't remember the place where I stopped watching a course (sometimes, not only the time, but even the video is incorrect)

Still needs lots of improvement especially while working offline and when we click content. Sometimes it takes ages to load while sometimes it now even loads

Unstable... Frequent crashes when browsing "discover" content queue. App features have improved but stability decreased (and this is not a free service) - you can do better!

Works well enough

highlights are still slow to sync, but now are very easy to set. They still disappear, though. Great content selection. I would really like to see Chromecast support for the video courses.

SO much wasted margin space. Downloads very slow. Infrequent updates, slow support. Good assortment of books but lazy app design.

Forgets where I was. Code snippets are shown very badly. Does not support downloading content, relies on internet connection. Very frustrating to use.

Recently the app takes ages to open, crashes few times, needs some serious developments.

Gets stuck loading content, does not take you to the page you left off, slow... Honestly, this app sucks big time. I like SafariBooksOnline, the service that is. But it's like they don't care about the app and customs who use it.

Awful user experience an technical execution of it. I can't understand what's to download when reading a book that has been already downloaded. It makes absolutely no sense. And as long as there are applications like Google Playbooks, that have the same functionality, it proves that it is technical possible to build such an application.

Remember my last page. How hard is that. Just remember my last page. This should be the most basic thing. So frustrating. I'm only using one device now and it still loses my page. Forget adding new features. Please, just remember what page I was on.

Unable to open any books. It stays on loading and can see "null" in the top left corner.

Utterly garbage. New version says sso login fix but it still stuck in loading sso page. I have never been able to get pass that on Samsung Galaxy Tab S2.

Frequently gets stuck loading content. Certain books have incoherent navigation within this app (such as, for example, clicking to view an image, but then being directed to all of the images in the book, with no way to bring up a menu or return back to the contents you were viewing).

So bad that i cannot find the words to describe it. Works around 10% of the time on its best day. Content not loading, downloads failing...

Worst app ever, considering that the service is actually not cheap. Constantly hangs when trying to navigate between chapters, even in the downloaded books.

Please make it possible to go back to where you were if you accidentally click on a link to another chapter. Incredibly frustrating.

External storage option is disabled on new version. Taking lot of time for some books and showing null values even at times. Would be good if it is fixed

It' ok in the sense that you can search for books and read them. However it feels very bare bones and misses many features from the browser platform.

While reading book screen gets locked if I dont touch screen. Please resolve this issue because it's irritating.

Every time I use it I have to login again. E-reader experience is inconsistent with other e-readers.

Doesn't support highlight, app is too slow. Should also show highlights and notes updated on desktop version

Can't restore last page is simply unacceptable for an app that is marketing as educational

It got updated and boom, no more SSO.

Rubbish. Barebones basic. For a company that specialises in ebooks, and not a cheap yearly subscription, this app is simply taking the mickey out of customers.

Bare-bones app that makes it hard to do even basic tasks such as highlighting sentences. I also expected to be able to join live training classes with this app but it is not possible.

Why must this use internal storage? I see no option to move it to external storage!
