Safaricom Sub Registration

Infact it has many challenges, when taking customer photo,but It said no face detected, but this is due to network. It is the best ever. Well done safaricom for going Digital.

It says no Face detected many times. What's wrong. Come on Safaricom. Do something

Lots of errors in registrations. One can not get it right on first attempt. Takes lots of time before it logs in due to network. So disappointing. No face detected too

It's hard to take customers photo. Keeps saying no face detected

Does not work during the weekend ...and it takes too long to give feedback during the weekend

Some fields that must be filled do not make much sense. E.g. village, town, postal address, as majority of the population do not know or have this information

Its nice App just like it. If you could reduce steps taken

Create awareness to the general public about the new registration. A customer refused to be taken a photo.

Always says face not detected taking customer photo , please fix that
