Sacramento 311

The app doesn't seem to connect to the system the city uses. Requests get no responses and calling 311 they are not able to confirm anything about requests from app. The UI is not user friendly and is outdated.

Downloaded to address a traffic issue of vehicles failing to stop at location near my residence. There is no option in service request. Only a referral Web address. THEN I attempted to add name and number to app for text alerts like BOIL orders like we had a few months ago and all it will allow is to collect data for reminders when to put my garbage out! This app is garbage and a waste of taxpayer money on a feel good project. Someone needs to improve this so it actually helps the citizens!

Tried multiple times submitting photos and issues. The app doesn't connect to any city services. Worthless waste of time and money.

B.S. app. I reported an illegal dumping and got an email starting it would be taken care of within 7 days. Nothing happened & it's been 2 weeks and counting.

I try to put in my own address and it just kept giving me error like it doesn't even exist in sacramento. I also try using the map guide for pin point but that pin thing suck it wouldn't even let me move the pin around to the street that I want. It would just remain stuck if I let go of the pin.

Why does it need access to speaker/camera, and my photos and files? I dont see a need wont download till you guys get rid of that

Thank you. Three street lights on our blcok, all on 25th St. between 4th Ave. and Marshall Way, have been out for several weeks. Problem with the online service is that it only gives the response for one light, not for more than one. Alan Wade 2916 25th St.

Attempted to submit a request. App hung while trying to submit. Tried multiple times. Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Android 5.1.1.

The ability to submit a violation right on the spot is great. I used to have to take a picture, get to a computer, and search for the portal every time. This way it doesn't take a ton of time to keep our city clean! Gives me the incident number right there and an email confirmation.

Not at all surprised. I live in the The Arbors that water the ghetto lawns nightly and the water is lucky if it touches grass, due to crap sprinklers. I've asked the leasing staff if they were aware of the terrible drought we are in and all I get is they will look into it. This app does not work at reporting this are because, although this is Sac County, this area has a sub station, therefore 311 can not work. I called the sub station that the 311 operator gave me and they were closed. Really Sacramento!

Kept telling that my address was outside of the city limits... ridiculous, I obviously know its not

Crashed every time I used it. Can't get passed address lookup.

Don't trip on the permissions, they are mainly so you can send a service request and attach photos right from your phone... Things like that

New updated app runs great on nexus 7 lots of city info easy to find. Great way to request service to replace my busted garbage can

Doesn't even work. Submitted 3 requests and got nothing in return. No email.
