App works 50% of the time if you're lucky. Don't use the overdraft system because they process the largest debits first and the smallest ones last so that they can stack up multiple overdraft fees against you. And it doesn't matter what order your transactions were made. (Note: other banks have lost huge lawsuits over doing this). There is no 24/7 customer service so if you have a problem with your account you have to wait until normal buisness hours to speak to anyone.
