SABB Mobile for Android
It irritates by denying login, even after several attempts after entering the security answer and password. The notification says 'you have been away...', even though i may have used the app just previous day.
Please Improve. and please fix this "You have been away from our system for a period of time. To protect your financial data, we have logged you out automatically. Please logon again."
Installed just fine. When starting the app, it may / may not display the disclaimer. If it does, can't scroll down the disclaimer window, therefore can't use the rest of the app. Using a Samsung Galaxy J7, Android ver. 6.0.1

الموقع رافض اني اسجل في ساب موبايل . يطلب مني ١٦ رقم من البطاقه الصراف العاديه و٦ ارقام الpin والpinخق البطاقه انا حهز٤ ارقام زي اي بنك ايش الاستهبال هاذا؟ انا مستخدم جديد وفاتح حساب جديد
I have to try to log in 10 times.. " you have been away from our system for a period pf time...." cant you solve it !!!!!

I have to try for 4-5 times to login, very pathetic to see such a big bank's application acts weird like this! Fix it please.
The app design is very primitive and slow. Also there is the on going annoying problem of the app not shutting down properly when the user logs out and then try to log in again which shows system error message!
Keeps displaying a message saying that I'm not connected to the internet. Update: a year later and I still face issues with log-in and now the payment interface wouldn't go pass the accounts, by far the worst banking application I've ever used.
This app is a disgrace to be coming from a corporation, let alone a bank. Buggy and sometimes impossible to log in. The app always thinks that I was away and I need to re-log in!
Its time to update this app. Its a shame that a reputable bank have an app this bad.

The app works good. Whomever face an issue signing in, make sure you sign out whenever you finish using the app. Updated offer and participating partners should be more often. And good luck
it happens almost day after day, when i try to login to my account, i enter the password and answer, then it shows me a message that login timed out and restarts the process, i force close the app and re-open, same message for 10 times in a row!
It says temporarily unavailable try again later... From past one month... Pls fix this issue ASAP..

I don't usually review apps but this app forced me to review it. The app for iPhone works flawlessly whereas on Android, it gives you 'You've been away for long...Etc' so many times after entering the passwords that it isn't even remotely funny. Even when you log out of the app using the options present in the app and still the same and it takes many tries to finally log on to it. Hire better developers for Android and improve your app.
