GeoOp - Job Management

I have a samsung s8 and all the times are out of whack and wrong, makes it very hard to work with

Use this app everyday and would love to be able to upload multiple photos at 1 time as it is very time consuming doing it individualy.

Generally fine, can be more clear.

Enter username and password? How do i even register if there is no option to do so? Another useless app

Not bad. Except on android the app logs out every time I change to a GPS screen and have to reenter the login details and wait for it to load. Kinda gets old after 13 hours

Great app, served me well while working as a contractor. When compared to others the app itself is good but nothing special. What makes GeoOp stand out is its amazing, fast, and effective customer support system. Nothing is more frustrating when messing around with an app you can't figure out. Any and all questions I had were answerd! So for that reason I recommend this app to anyone.

Can you please fix the issue with it consistently crashing whilst entering parts or hours then have to re enter login and password

I don't think I've come across a more unreliable app in my life!

It works but many times i am working around weird booking issues and the GPS constantly takes you to nearby streets and tells you have arrived

Find it very easy to maintain a view on the schedule. Looking at it purely from a job logging system, it's very good. IT support has had a good response time and is always helpful

Too slow to open pictures and GPS is not acurate.

The worst piece of rubbish I have ever used constant crashing conflicts unreliable totally. Frankly its rubbish

One year later still can't talk my organization into using it due to bugs and stability issues. GPS might as well not be mentioned as a feature. Going to look elsewhere. If anyone has suggestions hit me up.

The iPhone app works pretty good but the Android version is just painful. It's to slow to load and the search function is a waste of time-

Works like a charm, has all the features to run my business remotely and keep work on track.

Since my last update, there seems to no longer be an option to "remain signed in" on my mobile device. I really relied on this as when I am en route to a job and/or regularly checking for additional schedule availability, it appeared up the process. I HATE having to sign in again and again within a few minutes.

We've been using the platform for 8 months now. Updates are always full of bugs. GPS tracking isnt great even with background tracking enabled. We currently cant edit visits using the android app without a crash

This app doesn't work well. Any uploads have to be resubmitted several times before they stick. This is an ongoing issue

I depend on the app for dispatch and time tracking. The best app for the job.

This could be a great system, BUT, it is extremely unstable. Almost every time an update is released something else gets broken and new bugs are introduced. This is not good enough for a system/app that is relatively costly and on which businesses depend on for their day to day running.

GeoOp is by far the best Field Service Management application I have ever used. I have tried many similar apps, ranging in price from "free" to over "$50 per month". GeoOp strikes the optimal balance between simplicity and flexibility, at a price point that is very attractive. GeoOp can also be integrated with many other apps. I recommend GeoOp very highly to any owner / manager with outside workers.

I have a lg g3 and this app runs extremely slow. Think its server side. My mates having the same problems. Sort it out guys i dont have allday to fill out jobs

So far works ok on my phone, but I can't do anything with it on my Windows pc at the office! Nothing works

Has some limitations as works most of the time. In the description we often put a phone number it would be great if we could click the phone number directly in the description and call the tennant. At the moment you have to first edit the job then go down to the description then copy the number then leave the app then paste into the dialer.

Needs a multi selection option when signing jobs off.

Love the app, one issue recently however. I used to be able to login once (when I first downloaded it) and then open and close it without having to enter my details. Now I must do it each time and it takes ages! Can anyone help me? Thanks

Is there a widget i can put on my home screen to see updates or job lists or something? It dosnt seem like there is.

I've used GeoOp for 2 years now. Loved it from the moment I started, but then there were issues that I just couldn't get my head around why they couldn't fix them. Now it works really well and I just love it. It has a load more potential in the future, but I need this and can't do without it. The potential I see for improvement is why I haven't given it 5 stars. I manage my own busy maintenance business and it gets very complicated. I would've thrown in the towel by now if I didn't have this.

When it works right it's great. Right now I have to uninstall it and reinstall it just to get the program to open I have a Samsung galaxy s 5 active when its working good is great right now it's useless to me

Use it everyday and manages my IT business, love the way it sends invoices to Xero, saves me heaps of time!

I have talked about an app that does exactly all of this for years. Thank you. Finally... lately I have a massive bug that does not update the app properly. Net login everything is mint... app doubles up, fails to update, fails to load certain items. Otherwise you'd get 5 stars

I cant add a prices to parts I add to new jobs.....

As a business owner with staff on the road I need a tool like this to organise the guys. It saves me a heap of time in the office and also helps me sort which jobs are ready to invoice. The guys also can't lose or misplace a work order sheet. My bookkeeper loves it too. I'd love to see a job status that doesn't appear on the guys phones unless authorized, to cut back on them scrolling through MY jobs. Keep up the good work. Cheers

I NEED THE MAP MARKER TO CHANGE COLORS OR DISAPPEAR AFTER COMPLETING (like they did in the past) Speed is nice but map is how we move about!.... Great idea and excellent customer service.... still some kinks.
