I only have the lite version, and the simple 5-minute breathing exercises slow my breathing and relax my body, without fail. The pop-up ad is easy to close out and doesn't detract from the experience.

Her voice sounds like how I would talk if I wanted to imitate a really annoying man, and I almost burst out laughing when she said right buttock. And the breathing part.. nobody breathes like that. I'm clearly a beginner, but it was making me short of breath and wasn't relaxing at all. I just felt like I couldn't breathe.

This app has a well and easy to use design, but the breathing and meditative exercises start up too quickly for me personally while the walkthrough feels rushed. Not good app for the beginner who is doing meditation.
