Seriously. My sedentary teens/early twenties has worn my body about a decade past my actual age, so I frequently wake up with a sore back, and throw it out way more often than an able-bodied young man rightly should. Since I started using this app at least once (ideally twice) everyday, my situation has drastically improved. It not only helps to treat immediate problems, but it helps prevent future ones.
