Would recommend not to book any order to them as they don't care to deliver in time. Even they don't care to inform u if they are unable to make delivery. Very poor service. You would regret if u book thru them.

I order fruit cake which is delivered on time but I got offer with tht of cupcake which was not delivered .

Had ordered a cupcake and doughnut to be delivered at my friend's place. The parcel reached 1 hour late. Also the look of the cupcake was not as good in the picture. Packing was poor. Was expecting a free cupcake as well as it was my first order. But did not receive the same even after being mentioned on the bill.

Ordered cake and was satisfied with there quality n amazing taste. Perfect delivery on time.

I ordered a mixed fruit cake and later on at 12 o clock at the time of celebration i had seen that they had delivered me butter scotch cake which was not liked by anyone as not our taste. This is your worst part we should have received for what we paid. U charged so much for ur cakes and we pay u too but still u do such thing with customers.u totally ruined our celebration...even bday kid did not liked it...so bad experience.

1 . first you asked for extra half an hour at the time of delivery, and took 2. 5 hours.(keep margin for any mishap) 2. When you have ruined the event after the delay of 2h30mins nd we've cancelled the order, still you despatch the cake. 3. Then Delivery guy pleads you to buy it.. As the company will charge from his salary. This shows your professional ethics also to charge from him. Please be more professional.

Finally the best cake shop in Indore has an app. The app is good with some of its minor bugs and clutches, work on which is required.
