It sucks. Not official app. Can't understand why it frequently goes under maintenance? The processing is much slower than local bus service. Incidentally it moving bus icon is more hilarious as nothing moves on after ages. Only advertisements runs properly on this app. Official apps is much faster than this app. Hope authorities are reading this.

There is no option for customers complain inbox Because sometimes bus booking showed but it cannot actually booked & Bus cundectors are too lasy especially the bus from KHAMBHAT-PALANPUR gurjarnagri express. And last this aap is totaly useless

Completely FRAUD. Do not use this app. They took my 900 rupees and didn't book my tickets. A stupid message appeared after completing the transaction that "system cannot process your request". I want my money back. This app is a cheater app. DO NOT USE IT. They cannot bloody maintain a simple app properly!!!!

It's good to see that Gsrtc updated with time... One request that when ever there is a failed transaction, in next booking selected seats were shown as booked even the transaction was failed.. Just look at this thing..

Totally useless app...govt. employees only interested in their salary.. can't bother to check whether it's working or not..how to check pnr status with vehicle no.? They don't mentioned vehicle no in tickets

This app will take you at gsrtc web site at booking time.... Lolz... And then you have to again post your information and search. One more Great thing!! If you want to book a sleeper bus they are showing two different bus of same time but route is different... hahaha. Better to go at ST bus stand advance booking counter.

Really bad application, Please don't waste your time. Contains too many ads and all the time display bugs, Really bad even I think , the company of this application is also bad. Not professional developers + company.

Not a good aap. All the time facing problems. Every time received error message only. Should be improved

Worst app ever.... MODI is hoping that Our india became digital india one a day..but with this software developers are so fools that they made this worst app for only maintenance

Such worst app. Can't even search major cities as i wrote Udaipur in search and blank search result was displayed even buses are working between Ahmadabad and Udaipur. Useless employee of government and their effortless app.

Atleast it should work properly. We have to fill information more than once and after 2-3 minutes it shows time out...how???...to maintain an app isn't a rocket science - it's a good initiative- so please maintain it.

It is very useful application but crashed frequently or tabs are not working. Need technical solution badly.

Totally useless app....It looks like college project ????s4 IT technology don't waste taxpayer money by fooling goverment.

There are many errors in the app/site you should fix it up, even the seat number showen in the app/site are not matching in real, due to which there are many conflict betwen the passagers

Worst app...always shows message"our app is currently under maintainace". Never works properly.

It's not good applications, You can not book ticket successfully through this app and also not with gsrts.in, You will end up in fail transaction ,ticket is not generated but loose you money . This is also admitted by the government servant.. One more useless government scam sceme. Jay Bharat

Not god's, not official app, search option is very good but ads popup every time when you search buses and come back... Reduce ads and expect good result... Uninstalling now...

It was provide third class service. I have book tickets but it's taken few minutes late and I showed transaction time out but from bank the payment is done and your application shows the time out, i'll get my refund now. Other wise send me confirm tickets

Very very slow. It always says app under maintenance. A big waste of investment as well as a waste of time. We can instead visit bus station and check our query.

Worst app bcoz I reserved for sleeper seats but while traveling my seat converted into seating seat when I asked for that the conductor told that online booking is always making wrong booking and the system of booking is not proper Never use this app for booking according to my experience

Earlier it was working perfectly. Now it is completely not working. They must remove this app asap to avoid confusion.

There are many bugs. Like we can not got option for bank selection while payment and by default axis bank was shown in display. So that's why we are facing problem and this app is unusable for us. So need some improvement.

its a useless app....gujarat govt.haven't checked that whether app is working or not...it took atleast one minute time to just find the bus timings and obvious there is not a doubt that it tooks 10 minutes to book the ticket..hated the app

server is very slow & ticket booking not transfer to register mobile ya email.

App contanis lots off adds.. When booking money got deducted but seats doesnot get confirmed plus all contact number and mail addresses are wrong provided.

Please improve booking method, it doesn't working and we can't book the tickets, and please add other banks ATM's for payment, here only hdfc card is accepted right now.

Ridiculous app. Please use official website for ticket booking. I loose my money. Didn't got PNR number and money deducted from my account. Useless app do not get honey trapped by these reviews.

The dropoff n pick points are not even selecting or writing options are available and the Services are many times out of order... I mean like this how can we all come up with this kind of Services man..... Pls improve otherswise surely the condition will be like BSNL....

Good App with easy operation. Please Improve Seat layout with bus exactly seating arrangement. I booked seat no. 4 behind the conductor seat in Gurjar Nagri express bus, but in bus i see seat no. 4 is the middleseat in 1st raw. So make sure and co-ordinate with seat structure.

This app is just to looting people's money I booked a ticket and the amount is deducted from account but the ticket confirmation never came so I tried everything form website to bus stop for helping me to know what is the status of my ticket and as the government every time dose Never Reply to the Consumer so now don't know how to get my Rs 231 back nor my ticket.

All the buses are not covered. For many buses, you have to go to booking window. If gsrtc can't update this app regularly, then its of no use.

App shows different times & then for booking it's redirect ti their website so Finally website shows different times of bushes....It's difficult to book as per time

App always under maintenance.... Never able to book tickets. Only showing lots of advertisements nothing else. Is it bus ticket booking app or. Advertising engine.

Very unfriendly and lack of systems problems , we can't even see our booking details nor a confirmation status..

Fraud app. They show buses and when you book ticket after deducting money , error message appears. Money never gets refunded.

It always shows error msg with money debited from account n even I am not able to get it back

One of the worst and third class app. Do not try to book l. Their booking ratio is very low. You need to chase for refund.

Its very bad in tickit booking all procedure done then it hangs this site is very bad
