ePUB EBook Reader Skoob

The thing I'd been looking for in a reader was a continuous scrolling mode. Most others will let you scroll, but they would still be in page form. If the ads become too much of a problem all you have to do is turn off data or WiFi, but I haven't experienced too many problems with ads. I'll get one when I first start up the app and that's it. It's reasonable for a free app. The layout isn't complicated either, but different skins would be nice. I've been using this reader for almost a year. Haven't found anything better.

It was a basic text reader. It was not great but it was simple and had no ads. I read a few books with it. But now it jams splash screens and full screen ads in your face while you are reading even. Imagine some guy comes along, slams your book shut and ties you to a chair for 10 seconds to watch and ad. Including video ones with sound all the time. There is no end. I guess the developer gave up and is trying to make a buck.

I tried a lot of readers before, but this one is perfect. Its a pleasure to read using it. I give it all 5 stars :) ok i have to edit this, i have a problem with the reader, for some reason i have to be connected to a active wifi network to read the books, why is that? i didn't have this issue before.

Great app, works well for my epub books. Not had any problems. Unlike some other apps this one opens from where you stopped reading so no need to scroll through. Recommend to try it out.

great reading app I just wish that there was a way to sort them better they kinda just randomly go in thr list, maybe they should have it by newest added book so i dont have to search for the book I just added! but other then that i have been using this one for awhike and love it!

In fact! This is the first time am rating an app. I love it, its been helpful to me for months now. My true and only problem is that I can't Delete a book. I don't want to make it invisible, I really want to delete. I hope that can be fixed soonest.

I tried Universal Book Reader (UB logo) before this one, but it took way too much time to load and I prefer to scroll down rather than turn pages (I prefer to have the sentence I'm reading at the top of the screen). This app fixed both my complaints! Thanks a lot!

Used to be a good apk. But right now, it takes too much time loading. Sometimes, some books cannot even be opened; this is unlike the older version. Please do fix these updates.

Nice apps. Able to read my favourite book. But the drawback is when open it. The loading take some time. Once u minimize it. And open it back. It need to load again.

No book management thoughts went into he design it seem. It found a bunch of books it should not have and there's no way to delete them.

What was a uniquely fine app has now been spoilt by an uncalled for update. All books won't show or those shown won't open. Can't you leave a fine app alone? Uninstalling, regrettably - Sankaran, India

I used to like the app before, easy to use without ads, now its just messed up with ads everytime your data is on and some splash screen that keeps saying supreader every time you minimize the app and come back to it. Wth is that? I'm uninstalling. Ok.bye

This was my favourite but I can't seem to open books instantly like I did before. It's sitting ignored. I might delete it if this update doesn't work now.

I really love this app and use it for most of my books. This app os great for all my books that i can't get in pdf form to read and one of my #1 apps used. I highly recommend. But just for epub books.

Ever since I updated the app, some of my books are not opening. It tries to load and then it stops. I didn't have this problem with the previous one. PLEASE FIX the problem. I'm not liking this app now.

It lets me read the books I downloaded from my friends library. I tried few other epub readers but this one is the best. Fantastic.

Ideal if you like full screen ads and weren't too interested in reading your ebook anyways. Did i mention the ads? Uninstalled and happily using Pocketbook instead.

Works well so far. The page flip is bit touchy - get close to end of page and can easily skip to next, but not too annoying.

I chose this app over other fully-packed eBook readers because it's one of the very few apps that has SMOOTH vertical scrolling function. It also has a Night Mode feature. REQUEST: Please remove the WOW! in the Icon. Replace it instead with SKOOB!! or GO READ!! Thanks for the FREE app.

Great free app. I would pay for a version with more upgrades such as organizing in folders and being able to delete books.

Simple and easy to use.. i mainly use it for epub books.. i wished i could arrange the books in my library, other than that its good app

I'm a Jehovah's Witnesss and we use a lot of books that are in EPUB format. This application helps me a lot in that respect.

This is actually a pretty neat little app. It does what you need an e-reader to do: enables you to read an ebook!

Every ebook i read using this app looks exactly like a printed book in every page from cover to cover. Not so with other ebook readers.

I find this app very easy to use. I love the way it "remembers" the page i stopped and opens directly there.

I love this app; its easy to use, saves where I got in the book no matter how long i didnt open it and the acces to my library isnt that hard (only it would've been better if whenever i dowNloaded e new book its added automatically to my list on the app)

Reading all size epub with ease. Much better than other popular readers.

I liked the earlier version cos it never gave me any problems. After updating it was when it started giving problems. Even when it opens a book, the content isnt there. Please fix this. I realy suport this app. I even shared it with friends but am disappointed with these problems. Please look into it. This problem is still ongoing. I dont want to download another epub reader. This app has really 'reunited' me with my reading habit. Lmao. Y'all should try it. And...please, the ads are capable of pissing the living hell in me. Do something bout that. Thanks. I'm out!

This is the only ePUB reader that I've tried that correctly displays tables and figures in reference materials like textbooks. Other readers try to display reference materials like a typical book--large text crammed into chunks of pages. As a result, the tables and figures are cropped out of page. This reader, on the other hand, gives the option to display each chapter into a single, seamless scrollable format. Tables and figures are appropriately scaled to fit into the page, and you can pinch zoom in to read the tables and figures, which is a feature almost nonexistent in other readers. I would have given this app 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that I am forced to watch a commercial or ad every time I have to open this app. Make a premium version available and I will gladly pay for it. tl;dr: this is the perfect app if you want to read textbooks and reference materials on the go.

I don't mind ads, it's a great free apps so what did you expect? Just turn off your data when reading. My only problem is when i try too increase font size then all words are getting smaller, it's the exact opposite of what it should've done. Increasing font size works fine in older version. I'll give five stars when it's fixed.

It does not disalign my ebook when I open it which I had to spend awhile finding a reader that can at least align the table or lists properly. That include the higher rated ebook openers, and not all worked. This program is ad based (hey and videos too x.x), but for the least I turn off the sound, and the ebook reads fine without ad interruption, with the option to skip the vid after like 5 seconds. And that is good enough. When I switch to night mode, blue text with black bg isnt that nice.

Very good app., but I wish you had the option to delete any of the books you don't want shown instead off just hiding the book.

I got this for one specific epub book and it worked. Haven't used it since then.

I like this app cos it searches for ebooks on my phone but I don't like its two ways only scrolling: up and down....Fix it and I'll give you 5 starz

Too many adds. Work needs to be done to remember font size. It is irritating to have to expand font size for every single bookI read. I do like the scrolling reader experience.
