I think that they meant WORST telescopic application for your Android phone ever! Out of all the ones I've tried so far this is just that, - the worst. As well as that when you take a photo using the flash it doesn't even show up with a flash on the screen when you shoot? The flash goes off, but the screen stays dark?! And yet it shows​ up in the resulting photo like it should (flash went off after all)? Weird?!?
