Most of the sports challel available on Tatasky mobile app are in HD. So I cannot enjoy SD sports channels

Cricket match channel not playing and wwe not play why. It's very bad.

I just love this app,whenever I'm not in my home and wish to watch my show I just click on Tata sky mobile app

This app according to me and my family members, its facilities and quality of the video are really excellent.

Worst app,when I login it says your device is registered with another id.where as I am logging it only today

Well Good App. But Navigation in app so so leggy and slow.. Make it faster. Need to wait for a while.. So make it faster.. Nice app Though...

Worst app ever used. It keeps loading forever. I don't what does it loads but one thing is for sure it loads at every step you make. I think you guys need to invest some money into making this app a little worthy to install and not delete it after 5 minutes use

Tata sky allows to use 2 devices .Obviously 1 is tv.Earlier I used on mobile as 2nd device.Then uninstalled. I reinstalled on my registered mobile.I am unable to use. It displayed message message ,you can not use more than 2 devices .The ap and help is not available to refresh the registered devices.

Too long loading time. Very poor recovery on internet connection loss. Two basic things required for mobility as connection quality is not guaranteed during travel. So can never watch anything on the move or at congested network places.

Worst app ever. Not logging in to my account after updating it also. Customer care told me tht you can see packs from help button and see the packs. Its not user friendly. Tata sky listen to me.

Good app.. but why you not permitted any cricket match on this app. It shows (This is not available on this app. You can show match on set top box). If I can show match on set top box, then why I need this app??

I use Moto X play which has soft keys. While watching channels soft keys are still visible.efectivey screen area shrinks. this is why 3

Why it always keeps.on telling me.that recharge your account because it's de active. I recharged it but still shows the same problem. Fix this up.

LEARN TO DEVELOP A PROPER WORKING app. Slow as hell. Prime video YouTube all video works just your great app shows Internet connection technical error.

Very very slow to start even in 4g network. So never want to use.. Very boring.You have to wait so long you take your lunch in between.

Does Ratan Tata knows that how bad you're representing his name? Worst app to watch online, it says check your internet connection when you have a 80-90 mbps speed and all the other apps.

We cannot add or remove packages using this app.wy use this app then?? Noncense Also for recharging Tata sky account, this app does not allow. You need to use some better app than Tata sky to recharge.

Awful app. Nothing works. And why it needs so many permissions Play store needs to put controls as to why those permissions are needed by such useless apps!!

After this update of App it got very slow in browsing of live channels, and many times it got hang. previous version was very good. please resolve the bug as soon as possible.

Worst app hot Star is much better than this app it does nt works properly.. I think i must watch all the tv serial (starplus) on hotstar it self &I recommend w everyone to install hotstar.... & leave this app

Throws error as unable to register device. Try later. Worst mobile app, 12th standard students can develop better app than this.

Useless app. Just keeps loading and what not. On very good 4G internet with download speed nearing 2 Mbps. Pathetic

I guess who has developed this application. I cannot even change my packs. No feature of chatting with customer care.

The remote record doesnt work. Live tv doesnt have start sport select hd2. I have complained like 6 different times but customer support doest really care. Horrible service.

Stupid app. Trying to watch live tv and not starting. After 10 mins of loading screen it stop responding

Worst and cheapest app ...such a irritating one for recharge or to use. I am switching to Airtel for this reason

You guys are very smart start sending reminders a week before due date and if someone recharges before due date the no.of days before the validity is straight way reduced from next due date...So in short u dunt deserve early recharge

Its worst app it didnt open yet.only seen tata sky and OOOOOO ROUND IS SEEN dont download​ its vest of time

It's very very very very SLOW SLOWW &it hangs too much even in phone having 3gb RAM @4g(volte) net speed so I am uninstalling this Jio TV is better than this

I don't know what kind of bug fixes you have done it's buffering in a high speed 4g network.I think the app was working properly with the bugs.....

Very bad performance compared to Hotstar, Netflix & Amazon Prime. It is practically impossible to view anything even on 25Mbps connection.

Whenever I select a category I get the error saying 'Information about this program is temporarily unavailable' error code- '0xfd2007' getting this in all category of record remote..

Pathetic app. Need to provide an interface to select and drop channels

App is very slow and you guys are experts in charging customers and there are instances of price changes without communicating to subscribers.

The app takes a long time to load & doesn't show channel icons, iOS app is much better than this android one
