VT Alerts

Because State of Vermont employees do not think to check email or the website for delayed openings/closings except when winter storm warnings are in effect, automatic notification from this app can keep them from making an unnecessary commute to work in the event of an unexpected closure of State of Vermont government offices. This recently happened when flooding closed State of Vermont government offices and employees were not notified before showing up for work.

Main Features:
- Scheduled fetching of active State of Vermont alerts.
- Ability to share an alert via email with friends who do not have this app
- Ability to unsubscribe from individual alert updates.
- Automatic notifications for new alerts and updates to existing alerts to which you are subscribed to.

Upgrading may require clearing the existing application data:
Settings->Applications->VT Alerts->Clear Cache/Clear Data
