ibibo Ryde - Book AC Car Seats

Very very bad app. only to make fool. I want to give this app -5 in 5 but there is no option for -5 because I booked cab and pay 700 Rs but no one is there at pickup place and no one is picking phone and no one call me. There is no option to cancel booking.no one responsible to get money back. This is totaly fake app. please uninstall and rate it 1.

wors.t experience of my life booked ryde made me wait for 3 hrs after that told me to come to highway despite no transport at that time went there. he left without informing made me walk 5 kms. switched off his phone, niether call center nor owner answered my call. i lodged FIR against these people including the driver and owner and ibiboryde. will go to the consumer court as well for this mental harassment. this company should be banned.

Total waste of time.... Took 1 hour 10 min more than said.... There should be demarcation wether the cab is A/C or Non.... Paying 500 for non ac travel with waste of time is total combo.... For a bakwaas service......REALLY THIS IS THE LAST TIME I HAVE USED THIS APP.... WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.....

the features are not user friendly. It does not give authority to car owners to approve a ride rather a ride request gets auto approved. It does not allow to modify seat offered. It does not have cash payment facility. You cannot cancel any co-traveller for whatsoever reason. If you offer to&fro ride and suppose you want to modify any of them, even if no seat is booked, the app does not allow, in such case you need to cancel the ride and re-enter.

This is a fraud system run by ibibo. What they promise at booking and what they deliver are very different. There is no passenger safety what so ever. Above all, very rude cab operators and irresponsible customer care who does not know how to resolve queries. Ibibo- you should run Ryde properly or rather close it down. You have a reputation at stake, don't leave it at hands of some idiot small operators and maintain some quality in your customer care. People trust your brand, don't play with their belief.

Booked an innova from delhi to Lucknow , the driver used foul language and stopped the car in midway refusing to take us further. We were left stranded on Greater Noida highway and after an hour of persuading he agreed to move on offer of paying him extra cash. He was a drug addict, smoked weed profusely on the way and was driving very easy. Unsafe and highly obnoxious journey in my life. You guys create app to mint money from customer and no focus on providing quality services post payment. Sucks

I wonder that I gave this app 5 stars at one time. It doesn't even deserve a single star. The time of the ride shown is just a tentative time, the ride is never on time. Sometimes it's 20-25 min late sometimes 1 hour or more than 1 hour. The chauffeur is also changed on every ride from what is shown on the app.

Ryde was good previously. But I am giving 1 beacuse they have revoked the option for ride request. Now it directly goes to payment. Very bad beacuse now don't receive any request to approve the ride passengers. Request you to reinstate that option otherwise I will uninstall the application.

Just because I have group photo as profile my account not verified...? Tried to change profile pic it asked me to change mobile number also why I don't know then I did changed it and my first no. Is still associated with some account it says.... pathetic... after doing all this same error profile pic not valid and I still can't book.... this is why people don't book often from your app......

Never ask any id proof from girls and even offer to pick up from our required address.....and have so less cabs that i tried to book seats so many times but got seats only twice....seats show booked in all cabs 2 days before the departure but still they never put any other cab for the same route....

Service provided by ibibo is commendable. Waiting to see car rydes availability in other states than Delhi. They must work on cash payment options in case net banking options don't work out. Paytm usage for payment is too good.

This is going to be a best one in 2017 and I am enterpenure as well and can't think better out of this..First ride i offered connected with lot of good people and my fan following is 5000 on fb and platform is really awesome when we can do u can also share ur ride and you never know what's next in ur kitty...Great and wish the them happy new year and successful one ahead.

Don't offer ryde with them, they are here to cheat people and give excuse to stop your payout....don't trust these guys

I booked 2 ceat an d cancelled it because of delayed caused by you and till now I didn't get my refund amount.and there is no contact no. Of your application,so how would I contact you because you are not replying my emails

Worst services As i paid in advance and waited at pickuo point for about 1 hour but no calls and they didnt picked up my call Why the hell are you providing the services if you are not good at it. Either upgrade your services or users unisntall this crap

I am really pleased to download this an use it because I used 5o depend on some one for getting me passenger for my trip but never got success in it but I feel it this app will help me out.

dont book rydes from this app they will cancel your rydes at last moment and wont refund you the amount

Rider has paid 1000 bucks but still I have not received money in my account.

Seats offered are not right error showing tried re install but not working.

The company running business right now , have no timing schedule.

This is worst aap i have seen worst experience with it . They deduct my balance for booking imidiatly but didn't refund amount . Its about 2 months i am sending mail to its costumer care. But still not received my amount.

this app are total making fool to customers coz we book inova and we suffer in dezire car and we pay 675 rup for innova and dezire are not comfortabe and chep why ???? we pay 675 pls refund our pay ment and in future we arenot recommened goibbo car sharing

totally fraud.... they have no hold on thier drivers.. i was booked delhi to bareilly ... but the phone no. is no responsive . i tried 15-20 times.and also no response from ryde side too.... please dont book ...

your website say somthing else and your apllication doesn't have that ride many times i compliant you but you guys never listen now i conver rating to 1 even i try for -1. And your starting rides now not there from jaipur to jodhpur Rajasthan India. And one big drama like ur tech support calling me and said there is tech prob your side :p guys this type of tech errror take only 5 mint to change scrept but you guys just use your website for fake info and new installation try from that fake news.
