Get the most out of your rideshare driving for Uber! With RYDAR, you’ll get the best ride requests and increase your earnings. For Uber driver partners in Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco and other U.S. cities.

App features:
► HOTSPOTS. Most popular pick-up areas for Uber driver partners based on analysis of millions of trips in your city. Use Google Maps or Waze to navigate there.
► SURGE. Real-time Uber surge pricing from the passenger's app for active places and events and for any spot on the map.
► EVENTS. All largest events are displayed. The app will remind you when there’s a big football game or a pop concert in full swing.
► PLACES. Cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Check out when Uber riders are heading home and drive there to pick them up.
► WAIT POINTS. View perfect pick-up points where you should head to get the next ride request. Wait points are located near groups of the most popular places taking into account Uber surge rates.
Coming soon:
• CALENDAR. See the list of upcoming events for the next 3 months in your city and add a few to your calendar. Plan your work days in advance, and RYDAR will notify you when it’s time to start out.
• TRACKER. Your personal and business miles are automatically tracked and logged, making it easy to file for tax return.
* Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

app shows my correct location but will only show wait points in Manhattan. I'm not even in New York.

This app has spent a lot of time replicating Uber's design language. Unfortunately it is sorely lacking in real world benefits. Some of their future features are interesting, but today's features aren't great.

Does nothing more than show you where surges are by moving the pointer to an area. Not a bad function but it says it does much more than that when it clearly doesn't. When I closed the app it logged me out and now won't let me log back in. Samsung Droid Turbo 2.
