It gets as far as me agreeing with the policy, and then a blank, white screen...I've uninstalled it, sent for a new code and reinstalled and does the same thing. Sooooo, I went on the Internet on my computer and submitted my refill request.

Short answer-- doesn't work, when opened the fill-form won't accept input...

I have an Android. My first review was 3 star but now I give this app 2 stars. It takes too long to open & when it finally does, it can get stuck. Then has to be closed, wait a couple minutes to reopen. Where's the tech support for this? Where's the fix?
