I wish I could delete old Rx that are no longer needed or are expired. A HUGE help would be if we could scan our Rx barcode to reorder! Reorder process is too long now. Could be faster.

I hate this app. I tried to log in. It said password was incorrect. I tried to recover password. Said I didn't have an account. Tried to make an account. Said there was already an account and asked if I wanted to replace it. I tapped yes and made my new account. Said I my username was already in use. What the what??

It will not save the prescriptions put in and have to enter them every time. It will not scan the bottle.

It's just as fancy as any other phonecall app I suppose

The scanning feature never works and it will never recognize your password and will lock you out. Very cumbersome and not worth the trouble. Good grief!

We should be able to delete what we need to delete. There are so many on here that are old and don't need to be on here. Also there should be a separate page for refills after you've made the request so you can keep track, the way it is now is. Confusing

I put in my prescription number and told at the store that I wanted to send to fill out all of the information that I wanted and it didn't send anything to them. Is it that they didn't receive any refill request at all.

The refill request process is clunky. I typically refill 3 or more a month and I have to go through whole process of choosing location, time, etc for each one.

My only problem with this app is that I forget that I have it installed and it's available to use.

Works for a couple of days then doesn't load..... Just black screen.....have uninstall and then reinstall it in order to place refill requests.

Prescription

After i logged in & put my script info in it just has a lil popup that says "were sorry we are unable to process this request.. blah blah blah" It would be SOOO nice for it to work!!

Tedious and involved, easier to just call the prescriptions in.

Sometimes you can use it and sometimes you cant. Seems like others I've talked to are having the same issues as me. I keep having to uninstall, then Install again.

It's a good app when it works, but it frequently doesn't work. It will hang on startup for a long time, which is a pain when you are opening it to put in a prescription. Today I phoned in a refill while the app was still trying to connect. Hasn't been updated since I installed it. I'm going back to using the phone for refills.

Would be better if it didn't force close each time before I use it.

It requires you to reorder each med all the way thru to What time og day. It, should wait till all are entered or selected then ask what pickup day . also it would br helpful to have generic and brand name listed,

I keep getting an internal error when I try and add a family member and their script Info.. also the grocery button will not work.. but if it works it would be a good app
