There is no charge to download the app. The app does require data access and may incur costs related to data access, depending on your data plan.
They took off the bar code scanning and it's difficult to use now.
Doesn't do a whole lot.
My old phone got smashed and now the newly downloaded version doesn't scan. What's the point then?
I recently shopped here & found it refreshing! First, I found some things here that I have not found elsewhere. The sale items were good sales. Also like the openness of the store. Items not piled high so u can actually c the entire store. Last but not least, mgmt & employees very nice.
Cumbersome having to go back & forth in app to refill more than one prescription. Would also be nice to provide information for doctor changes when refills are needed. Calling the store after processing information through application isn't always productive. Also, if mistakes are made, there no way to correct them on the app, have to call the store & try to explain (see previous comment).
App works OK as long as you have a bar code from your Rx. Can't login using credentials that work on the web site.
Thanks for updating to fix the lollipop crash issue. Works like it did before now.
The interface is awkward. There is no easy way to turn off the daily reminders for prescriptions that I only fill when needed. They need to talk to the users.
Overall, the app is good in that it allows users to more easily refill medications without having to call Bartell's on the phone. However, the app could be better if it erased prescriptions that are no longer being used by the user.
This app worked great until my S5 update. Now I'm having the same problems everyone here is taking about. App fails before it opens or sometimes a few seconds into it.
I normally love this app, but since the update it won't even open. Please fix it
I really liked this app but now it doesn't work on my galaxy note 3.
App no longer crashes. I do miss the barcode scan feature, but I suppose it's pretty lazy of me to complain about having to type in a 7-digit number. ;)
It closes immediately with an error message that the app has stopped working.
Crash fail
Latest update won't open up. Keeps giving error that it has stopped working.
Crashes immediately, Galaxy S5 running Lolipop
All it does is crash, usually before any screen appears. Even when the menu screen does appear count to 4 and it will crash. Please fix it.
Crashes all the time now. Used to love it and it was convenient. Now it is unusable. Please fix!
March 13th update crashes Everytime on galaxy s5
Endless crashing recently
All it does is crash since the update. I can't refill my meds with it anymore. I'm uninstalling.
It loads the "Bartell drug" logo then just goes black. I have to uninstall and reinstall just to get it to work, and that only works once. Makes it hard to refill my meds. HTC one.
All I have to do is scan the bar code and a few clicks later my refill is submitted. So much easier than calling it in.
I updated this app, which I loved and used all the time even though Bartells made the barcodes on the bottles so small they sometimes dont work and the font is too small to read, and now I am getting push notifications even though its OFF in the settings. I might have tolerated that except they zip past at the top of the screen to fast to read and are never seen again. Uninstalled.
Crashes on every launch on my Nexus 4. Used to be great, now it's useless.
Constantly freezes and wont launch. I have to restart my phone in order to close the app. I will be uninstalling it.
Still sometimes crashes or wont launch.
Crashes all but one time that I tried to use it. Waste of time.
Great
It doesnt always open on my S3. Maybe needs some rework...
I have a Galaxy S3. I finally learned that I need to clear the cache and other app data between uses of the refill function. If I forget to do this, the next time I open the app it freezes.
But falls short of it's competition. I was confused upon refilling via app what method if any is utilized to alert customer when refill is ready. Or are we supposed to call? Or am I missing something?
Buggy. Constantly locks up my Galaxy S3.
Loveee it compared to Walgreens app ♡♡♡♡
Load to the splash screen and hangs. Have to force close.

It used to be available, but now it's gone. The Walgreen's app is much better.
