Albertsons Sav-on Osco Rx

Why advertise and launch an app that doesn't even work? Can't refill rx online at all. All info verified with pharmacy and is correct and each time I submit it says it can't find the rx to refill it. Staff at pharmacy said its not up and running yet??? Then why have a sign at the register promoting it? Say "launching soon" or something. Ridiculous!!

Doesn't work. It can't find any of my rxs which clearly show I have refills left on my bottles. Waste of space and time!

Doesn't read the scan code to refill prescription, says there is no RX number found when I have 4 refills left. Needs a huge overhaul!

Does not recognize the local Albertsons Pharmacy. Cannot be used for nothing.

Tried to use this a few times over the last few months, but it can never find my rxs. So why bother, useless.

Do they even test Aps before releasing them? It didn't freeze like the other post, but was unable to find any prescriptions. Not one or two but five total. Off to the circular file.

I didn't like that it doesn't show the list of medicines you're on. Without that I cannot tell if I have a available refill or not. Also would show you important details like your copay or last time you filled it. Needs a serious update. I'll just use the website.

Large app for little use

14 meg of space on my phone just to enter the rx numbers to refill. Ridiculous. May as well call and enter the numbers leaving space on my phone for useful apps. Liked web app before where I could just click the ones I wanted to refill. I avoided mail order pharmacy to support my local pharmacy but if they are going to make it a pain to refill, I might do the 3 month mail for less money out of my pocket.

I moved recently and had to change pharmacies, my old pharmacy had an App and I loved it. I could look at all my prescriptions and see when I last filled, how many refills, and if I checked the box beside the med I could request a refill. It was AWESOME! UNFORTUNATELY the Savon pharmacy App pales in comparison. PLEASE put some work into this and make the Application multi purposed & comparable to the other more advanced and useful pharmacy Apps!

Bring back the version where u could scan the bar code to send in your refill! That version was much nicer.

This app is awful, it does virtually nothing. It's basically a e mail auto fill

After the update the app no longer force closes. I will find out in the morning if everything goes through. If it does this app totally deserves 5 stars! Works great.

This would be a great app if it worked. Wish Albertsons Pharmacy had an app like Walgreens. Please fix

I open it and it forces closes right away. Fix and maybe I will reinstall it. Have tried it again, still crashing.

This used to be part of the grocery app. Very glad to see it has its own app. It's working great on my device - Samsung Galaxy S5. Does not force close, finds all my prescriptions. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because it won't scan the bottles - I have to manually enter the numbers, which really isn't a huge thing.

I would use this if it worked! Force close seconds after opening app every time.
