Worked fine until I got a new phone then couldn't set up account with my email address as it said account already exists. When I contacted the providers they suggested I speak to my pharmacy... they couldn't help but then, they're pharmacists, not an app help desk!! Frustrating response!!

Agree with the previous review. Changed my phone and cannot access my acount. Cannot open a new account as t tells me that there already is a user with my details! Of course it is. It's me!! Really frustrating! It was a very useful app.

My wife and I share the same email address and both have requirements for repeat prescriptions. This app only appears to allow one user per email address so not much use.

I changed phone, and lost my prescriptions. I cannot retrieve my old account. The app will only allow me to sign up for a new account, but won't take my email address because it is linked to the previous account...

Had trouble when my tablet went haywire, made out I'd got a new tablet.Just uninstalled the app then installed again,Everything worked as normal.

This app is a good move but it needs more tweaking as a little grey area on getting it back from the GP and then processing it. I did a first repeat order and it too a week to get to me back and I prefer the old way which could get to me in 3 days. Technology at times is more slower! Hope the app will be updated and made more responsive. Cheers

It works OK for me.. The only problem is that when the pharmacy wants to tell me my order is ready it doesn't change on my screen so sometimes I have to phone them to check if it's done yet...

EDIT: Figured out that you have to enter the name of your GP, or the name of the Head GP at your practice. It won't recognise the name of the actual surgery which is ridiculous. Why not state this on the app so people aren't just abandoning the process because it doesn't appear to work? As others have said, the app will not locate my surgery. Tried several variations to no avail. No way you can expect people to start using an app that doesn't work, for something as important as repeat prescriptions. Surely this was tested? Then again, knowing the NHS' history with online/IT systems this seems about right. I'll continue using email with my pharmacy which was perfectly efficient anyway.

It's great if u have to have percriptions every month. Ordering repeats. And all the information I need in one place

Could not even get it to set-up. Authorisation code required is 4 digits and system sent me 5 digits. Tried to reset it same problem, wrong code sent. What a crap app, back to walking to pharmacy and ordering the old fashioned way. So much for a digital NHS 1/10 for this effort!

I completed the registration steps but failed at the final step, entering the name of my Surgery. None found and the search function does nothing. Oneplus 2 Android 6.0.1

Well it works but medication was missed off because it apparently didt show. I will most definitely not use it again.

Finding your meds can be tricky, and when it tells you they are ready, they aren't (usually). Still less of a pain than remembering which 90 minute time slot your gp practice says they will answer the phone to order your repeats. Why they won't do it by e mail is beyond me.

Does not send the required verification code so is unusable.

Took me a few go's to work out how to find my doctors but got there in the end! Otherwise great app saving me loads of hassle

It would be great if I could get past the first screen! How and where do you find your pharmacy ID in order to get this app to work?! Why can't there just be a simple search by postcode to find your local pharmacy ?
