- Submit health, dental and vision claims securely online directly from your phone or tablet
- Track recent claims
- View remaining balances on your Spending Account
- View your RWAM OneCard and use your phone as your Drug Card, Hospital Card, Dental Card and Out of Country Travel Card (if applicable to your group plan)
- Contact RWAM with a simple click
How to access RWAM Mobile:
- enrol for RWAM Plan Member Services at www.rwam.com to obtain your user ID and password
- enrol for EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) deposits of your claim payments by providing your banking information and email address on RWAM Plan Member Services
- download the free RWAM Mobile App on your smartphone or tablet

Every time I try to select a dependent from the dropdown list, it flashes twice on the screen and after I select it doesn't keep my selection!! Please Fix! And also make your darned images folder hidden so it doesn't get picked up by my photo apps!

The app doesn't work on my android device. I tried contacting support. They take about a week to get back to you. Ask questions but you can't simply reply to their emails. So If you wanna view your history it works. But submitting claims online, useless.

Every time you try to select something it won't let you or it goes to the wrong thing. On my Android s5 Also it only shows the last 4 clame's should be able to see more please fix

Great to finally be able to use the in-app photo option again. Recent claims still only shows the last six or so, why not let me view more, and sort them by claim type or individual?

Can still see recent history but the camera option of taking picture of receipt to submit claim no longer works!

Not the best insurance application but it gets the job done. It would be nice to login using the finger print scanner like other apps have done.
