There are no instructions on how to install the attendancewebservice. Could not get the app to work. Any help would be appreciated.

I've followed the steps to the best of my ability, I placed the Webservice.php in my root directory, I've enable the webservice, and the mobile features as described in the readme file. I have edited my config.php as directed, yet I get to the moodle host section and place (what I think is correct) in the box and put in my login credentials, but I always get an error message.
