Russsh - Delivery App

How slow is this app and it's supposed to be a delivery service??

I heard about Russsh and I have been trying to create an account on it for the last 10 days. My email id apparently is invalid. I am not sure if they allow Gmail users to create accounts.

Totally pathetic experience

Russsh is a fab app for running errands and chores. Had a fab first experience. Highly recommended.

I tried to create my A/c after installing. Gave 3 different email ID but every single time got the same pop up saying invalid ID.

Without cancellation of my task it charged task cancellation fees of Rs. 100/-. I would like to transfer my wallet balance back to my account

Very prompts and useful,staff very cooperative....they were really effective keep up the good work

I have booked 3 tasks. They are supposed to call back and confirm in 20 mins. Its more then 4 hrs but no call and if I am calling them there is no response. Useless app.

App absolutely not upto mark neither the delivery... Cant promote 50% off on app bookings if u hv no way of controlling intake with limited delivery capabilities... You've made me download, put a request, accept the promo code, but not honor it and your customer service team on being contacted past the pick up time says we dont hv update from ops team. And later regret service due to bandwidth... you've wasted my day and I hv a reason to be upset and share my experience..

The app doesn't work, fields don't work half the time. You have no option but to call the company on their helpline. They are also equally hopeless. A pick up time of noon becomes 2 pm which then becomes 3 pm. A drop off which should have taken max 4 hours as per their policy haven't happen till the 5th hour and I'm typing this review. The customer care executives are rude and have no answers when asked basic questions such as where is your guy and how long will he take to deliver.

Very useful service. I do bookings via their website. Very convenient. Good service. Delivery boys are well mannered and they deliver parcels on time.

Very helpful. It is easy to co-ordinate with them.

Service is as excellent as the app.. One can easily do his tasks from anywhere

DONT USE THIS SERVICE. Its like a fraud with customer. This company has been suddenly change the employees plan therefore some employees has been live from the job and most employees feel his requirements to get customer product after a harassment to this current plan please dont use this app or this service. Or some costomer has rich so its not get refund therefore company was se i m refunded in between7-8 days but it could not refund it after 7-8 day and cant pickup a call. So please dont use the service its fraud.

Hi, I tried to place an order twice, but the payment got rejected both times. and when I tried again, my promo code did not work :( Can you please also create a n email id to contact you

Too much higher rate... Even FedEx blue Dart deliver all over india in Rs.70....

Cannot login with correct username and password. Login failed keeps showing up. I have waited for so long for the app to be launched, but it's extremely disappointing in performance.

Russsh is a very good service provider & it's a time saving service I'm using this service & recommend others to give then a try once.. Keep up the good work..cheers!!

Having a tough time working with this app. First time it went all the way to take in my CC info with password and then gave an error. The second time it wouldn't take any payment method. Great concept but how can we use it if it does not let us?

Had to send some cash really urgently to South Bombay. At 2% of cash value its really worth using. The person who needed to receive it got it without any hassle. Good service overall.

We use these app to deliver our pastries 1st time they delivered properly and 2nd time they damaged our pastries and not taking responsibility of damaged they are not at all professional people doing delivery next time it's big noo from us the girl Tanvi is jst defending on why it got damaged if they deliver have to take responsibilities of product that it reaches in the good condition if not done they have to pay damage

This App is bestest for Mumbaikars. No more hassels if you have an meeting or college to deliver your things to friends during peak hours. Great Innovation. Keep it up :)

When I enter my email ID it says it's invalid. So I'm not being able to create an account to access it in the first place.

They got my forgotten pair of keys in no time. Russsh is a time saver and very useful.

Russsh helps me save time and do more things, I use them for all my far off deliveries like vashi thane miraroad . Pickup is always on time . Good work team russsh

Try to register but still not got the OTP....so uninstalling the app before registration!!!

So glad they have an app. I can get tasks done on the go now! The app is a good start. You can book tasks using previously saved addresses and also the wallet is a an easy option to use.

I try my all email ids and getting error msg asemail id already exist.
